1、标注工作台建设：负责视频播放器、逐帧与时间轴标注、图像标注、多标注类型切换、快捷操作和结果预览等复杂交互的设计与实现； 2、前后端功能交付：围绕任务领取、样本加载、草稿保存、提交审核、返修和验收等流程，同时完成页面、接口、数据模型与错误处理，保证功能可用且状态一致； 3、媒体交互与性能优化：处理大体积视频 / 图像的分片加载、预加载、缓存、转码状态和异常恢复，持续优化渲染性能、操作延迟和弱网络体验； 4、质量与协作能力：支持规则校验、抽检、标注一致性反馈、任务进度和效率看板；实现标注员、审核员、项目管理员等角色的清晰操作边界； 5、工程质量与平台演进：建立组件测试、接口测试、端到端测试和运行监控，参与技术选型、代码评审、部署发布和平台架构演进。

1、端到端交付经验：计算机相关专业本科及以上，具备 3 年及以上全栈或前后端开发经验，能够独立完成模块从需求澄清、方案设计到上线运行的完整交付； 2、前端工程能力：熟练掌握 TypeScript 与 React / Vue 中至少一个现代框架，理解组件设计、状态管理、前端工程化和性能优化；有编辑器、工作台或高频操作界面经验； 3、服务端与数据能力：熟悉 Go / Python / Java / Node.js 中至少一门服务端语言，能够设计合理的数据模型与 API；熟悉关系型数据库、缓存、消息队列或异步任务处理； 4、协作与抽象能力：能够主动澄清需求中的输入、输出、边界和验收标准，在团队协作中快速推进复杂链路落地。
