1、评测体系建设：搭建并持续迭代音视频生成模型的效果评测体系，包括评分维度与评分细则、测试用例库、提示词集和评测数据集，保障评测结论客观、可复现； 2、行业场景评测：面向广告、电商、影视、短剧、短视频等落地场景，评估模型的指令遵循、运动质量、主体与场景一致性、物理合理性、构图与镜头语言、光影色彩、情绪表达、音画同步等能力； 3、边界用例与归因：设计复杂运动、多人交互、镜头运动、长时序一致性等边界用例，建立并维护问题归因标签体系； 4、竞品对比分析：持续跟踪 海内外竞品模型效果，开展对比测试，分析各家优势、短板及差距来源； 5、评测流程管理：组织评分校准与一致性抽检，管理外包评测团队的产出质量，把控评测结论准确性； 6、闭环输出：输出清晰、客观、可复现的评测报告，将 badcase 与归因结论反馈算法与产品团队，驱动模型迭代和产品决策。

1、本科及以上学历，影视制作、导演、摄影、剪辑、数字媒体、动画、计算机等相关专业优先； 2、有影视漫剧、广告、电商、短视频或泛娱乐行业经验，深度使用过主流视频生成工具，对不同模型的效果与可控性差异有实际体感； 3、具备良好的影视审美与专业判断力，能准确识别视频生成中的画面、运动、时序和叙事逻辑问题，并能将主观感受拆解为可量化的评价标准； 4、逻辑清晰、沟通顺畅，能独立完成测试用例设计、评测规范撰写和分析报告； 5、工作客观严谨，对评测结论负责，能适应模型快速迭代下的高密度评测节奏。 加分项 1、有大模型评测、竞品分析经验，有从 0 到 1 搭建评测体系的经历； 2、掌握 Python、SQL、Excel，能编写自动化评测脚本或做数据分析与可视化； 3、了解 VBench 等主流评测基准及 MOS、Arena 等主观评测方法论； 4、具备剪辑、摄影、分镜、动画或视觉设计能力，可附作品集； 5、具备英文资料阅读能力，能跟进海外模型与行业动态。
