1、评测任务交付管理：承接模型评测团队下发的评测任务，完成需求理解、任务拆解、外包团队调度、进度管控、交付验收全流程；统筹管理多批次并行评测任务，制定项目计划与里程碑，主动识别风险并制定应对预案；协调外包团队及国内标注基地完成大规模评测数据生产，保障交付质量和时效； 2、评测标准建设：基于编导/视觉/视听等专业知识，参与制定视频评测维度、质量标准与分级体系，将感性审美判断转化为可执行的结构化规则；搭建覆盖叙事结构、视觉语言、运动规律、角色一致性、文字渲染等多维度的评测体系；建立Badcase库与典型样例集，定期组织校准会拉齐评测员认知，持续提升评测一致性； 3、算法协同：与模型评测团队深度对齐benchmark需求，准确理解各阶段模型评测的差异化要求；对模型生成样本做专业评审，定位各维度能力缺陷，输出结构化评估报告；将专业评测意见用技术语言清晰传达给算法、工程团队，推动模型在叙事逻辑、光影质感、运动合理性等核心维度上持续提升； 4、效率优化：持续优化评测数据生产流程，建立可复用的评测任务管理规范与SOP；推动AI辅助工具在评测流程中的应用，提升评测效率，降低人工成本。

1、本科及以上学历，编导/摄影/导演/视听/动画/特效及相关专业背景，熟悉镜头语言、分镜、叙事结构，具备专业的视频内容评判能力； 2、3年以上数据项目管理或模型评测相关经验，了解视频生成模型训练流程及评测逻辑； 3、能将审美判断规则化、标准化，专业评判什么是好、为什么好，并转化为可执行的评测规范； 4、有管理大规模外包团队的实际经验，具备较强的多任务并行管理能力； 5、跨团队协作能力强，能在技术团队和执行团队之间高效对齐，不需要写代码但需要能读懂评测需求； 6、抗压、Owner意识强，能在高节奏迭代中持续交付； 7、加分项：有AI模型实际使用经验，了解视频生成模型优缺点；有数据标注项目管理、模型评估或AI训练数据建设经验；有影视、短剧、动画等特定题材深度经验；具备英语或日语读写能力。
