The posting

1、行业开拓：负责具身智能（机器人本体厂商、方案商、灵巧手/人形团队）、工业（制造、能源、巡检、质检）、智能硬件（终端、芯片模组、XR/相机）、汽车主机厂及 Tier1 中至少一个方向的销售全流程，从 0 到 1 打下标杆客户； 2、业绩负责：承担年度签单额、回款与新客户数指标，自主搭建并管理销售漏斗，保证预测准确性； 3、决策链攻坚：触达并经营客户侧 CXO、研发/智驾负责人、仿真与数据平台负责人、数字化与采购决策链，建立高层信任关系。 4、方案共创：联合解决方案架构师与算法团队，把客户的算法痛点翻译成可验证的 POC 设计，主导 POC 立项、验收标准谈判与商单转化； 5、商务闭环：负责报价策略、招投标、合同与法务条款谈判、项目回款，控制交付预期与客户满意度； 6、生态与渠道：与仿真软件厂商、数据服务商、系统集成商、云厂商建立联合方案与转介绍机制； 7、产品反哺：把一线客户需求、竞品动态、定价信号结构化反馈给产品与算法团队，参与 Roadmap 与商业化定价讨论。

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上 To B 技术产品销售经验（AI 平台/算法、自动驾驶、仿真软件、工业软件、云或数据服务背景优先）； 2、在具身智能、汽车主机厂/Tier1、工业头部客户中至少一个方向有可复用的客户资源与成单记录，能说清自己独立签下的代表性项目（金额、周期、决策链、竞争对手）； 3、具备复杂大客户销售能力：能拆解组织结构、识别真实决策人、推动多部门共识、管理 6–12 个月长周期项目； 4、技术理解力强：能独立讲清生成模型、合成数据、闭环仿真的价值逻辑与边界，不依赖售前也能完成首轮技术沟通。 5、强结果导向与自驱能力，习惯在早期业务、缺少现成打法的环境中主动破局；能适应高频出差； 6、优秀的书面与口头表达能力，能独立产出行业方案 PPT 与商务文档。 加分项 1、了解主机厂 SOP 流程与研发采购节奏； 2、了解具身智能技术栈（VLA、模仿学习、Sim2Real）或工业视觉/质检落地场景； 3、有过 AI 项目从 POC 到规模化商单的完整操盘经验，或有百万级以上单笔签单记录； 4、具备英语工作能力，可支持海外客户拓展。
