1、负责生数科技视频大模型在 B 端行业场景中解决方案设计，重点面向海外（北美，欧洲，日本）客户群体； 2、深入理解客户业务流程、应用场景和核心诉求，结合 AI 视频生成模型能力，设计可落地、可复制、可产品化的行业解决方案； 3、负责端到端方案架构设计，包括业务场景拆解、产品能力映射、系统集成方案、第三方能力整合及交付路径规划； 4、参与客户需求沟通、方案宣讲、Demo 演示、POC 方案设计与测试验证，推动方案从需求识别到商业落地； 5、将客户需求和项目经验沉淀为产品输入，协同产品、研发团队完成方案评估、能力规划和产品迭代； 6、建立和维护 PDSA 解决方案资产库，包括行业解决方案、产品介绍、POC 模板、招投标参数、最佳实践、竞品分析等； 7、协调产品、研发、交付、商务等团队，保障售前方案、POC 验证和交付阶段的顺畅衔接； 8、持续跟踪 AIGC、视频生成、行业应用及竞品动态，输出洞察与分析，为产品规划和行业拓展提供支持。

1、有5年以上to B 软件产品的售前支持，业务顾问，业务需求分析等面向客户方面的工作经验； 2、精通产品PPT撰写，解决方案的编写，能够产出高质量的场景化解决方案； 3、熟悉海外AIGC市场，了解客群特征、竞争格局、使用场景等； 4、具备较强的产品化思维和方案架构能力，能够将客户业务需求抽象为产品能力、系统方案和交付路径； 5、精通英语/日语，能够无障碍的英文/日语交流； 6、对AI大模型的原理比较了解，有AI产品售卖经验的优先； 7、有MaaS PDSA 经验的优先考虑； 8、能承担高强度工作压力，可以接受短期国内、海外出差。
