1、制定广告电商类视频生成模型的训练数据策略，搭建面向商业场景（商品展示、种草带货、品牌TVC、短视频广告等）的数据质量评估体系与数据生产标准；2、对数据生产中的切片、清洗、标注等环节进行质检，量化数据质量，持续找出数据短板（如商品主体清晰度、卖点表达、场景多样性、品类覆盖等），提升模型训练效果； 3、与量化及工程团队协作,把内容标准翻译成可统计、可自动化的指标与质检规则； 4、协同算法、产品、评测团队对齐训练与评测需求,推动数据优化方案落地,并评估其对模型效果的实际影响。

1、学历与专业：广告、市场营销、电商、视觉传达、数字媒体等相关专业，理解广告创意逻辑、商品视觉表达与卖点呈现，具备商业级美学判断力，能从品牌调性与转化效果的视角评价视频质量； 2、工作经验：有广告制作、电商视觉/内容运营、短视频营销、品牌视觉相关工作经验者优先；有AI视频标注SOP制定经验者优先； 3、加分项：a.熟练使用vibe coding为工作赋能，主动探索和学习相关技能。b.熟悉市面上常用的视频生成模型，如Seedance、Kling、Happyhorse等，了解行业现状和痛点，并有自身的独立认知。
