1、评测平台建设：主导评测平台的全栈开发，完成评测集管理、任务配置、批量执行、结果分析和报告展示等核心功能； 2、自动化评测链路：建设自动化、可扩展、可靠的评测执行框架，科学公正地观测模型能力，提高自动评估比例并缩短评测周期； 3、系统与数据集成：与已有 AI 系统打通数据连接，构建和动态调整评测集，持续探索模型 / Agent能力边界； 4、深入分析与结果追溯：保存评测配置、输入输出、运行过程和判分依据，支持不同模型、渠道及历史版本的深入分析比较和问题定位。

1、计算机、软件工程等相关专业本科及以上，具备全栈开发经验，能够独立完成平台从设计到上线的完整交付； 2、熟悉 Python / Go 等语言，掌握 TypeScript 与 React 前端技术，具备扎实的数据建模、API 设计和工程实现能力，能够分析并解决复杂系统中的性能与稳定性问题； 3、具备良好的问题分析、自主探索和跨角色协作能力，能够把模糊需求转化为清晰的技术方案与验收标准； 4、对模型与 Agent 评测有持续兴趣；有 AI 产品评测、LLM 应用开发或开源 benchmark 研究经验者优先。
