1、负责 Vidu AI 商业化解决方案在华南区域的整体销售与市场拓展工作，聚焦泛互联网出海赛道，完成公司制定的区域销售业绩指标、回款指标及客户增长指标； 2、深度挖掘华南区域出海企业客户资源，重点覆盖跨境电商、海外内容平台、AIGC 应用、海外广告营销、互动娱乐等泛互联网出海企业，搭建区域核心客户体系，建立长期稳定的客户合作关系； 3、独立完成客户全流程销售工作，包括客户挖掘、需求对接、方案宣讲、产品演示、商务谈判、合同签订、落地跟进及售后维系，精准匹配客户 AI 视频生成、批量视频制作、模型接口接入等商业化需求； 4、精准调研华南泛互联网出海市场动态、竞品策略、客户需求变化，定期输出区域市场分析报告，同步反馈产品优化建议，配合公司完成产品本地化落地、市场策略迭代及区域营销活动落地。

1、经验要求：5年以上B端销售经验，专注泛互联网、企业SaaS、AI技术服务、云服务、API接口服务等相关领域，有出海赛道销售从业经验者优先，熟悉To B商业化销售全流程； 2、资源核心要求：具备成熟的泛互联网出海客户资源，具备华南区域跨境出海、海外内容创作、出海营销等企业客户或渠道资源，可快速落地客户对接与转化； 3、能力要求：熟悉AI视频生成、MaaS模型服务、企业数字化营销、海外内容生产等业务场景，具备独立商务谈判、方案输出、客户攻坚能力，能够精准挖掘出海企业商业化痛点，匹配Vidu产品能力； 4、区域能力：深耕华南区域市场，了解南区出海产业生态与客户分布，具备区域市场开拓、渠道搭建及业绩复盘能力，可适应区域常态化出差； 5、综合素质：目标感强、抗压能力突出，具备优秀的沟通表达、资源整合及团队协作能力，有标杆客户打造、大客户跟进及团队协作销售经验优先； 6、学历要求：本科及以上学历，市场营销、电子商务、计算机相关专业优先。
