【项目执行和管理层面】 1、协助项目经理推进流式数据评测项目的日常运营，对数据进行校准、抽检及验收，能够在验收数据后，形成评测分析报告，确保项目按计划交付； 2、跟进项目排期、任务分发及进度管理，及时识别并反馈风险； 3、边界 Case 收集与分析，能够分析高频错误类型，定期总结badcase集； 4、支持项目复盘，能将评测发现的问题进行分类总结（如事实错误、重复输出、工具调用异常等问题），形成可供算法团队复现和优化的数据，为项目优化提供数据支持。； 5、维护项目文档，包括bpo周期产出情况，培训文档、入项SOP、FAQ 的更新记录。 【团队管理层面】 1、协助维护评测标准，确保评测员理解与执行统一，并负责日常的作业答疑； 2、跟踪一线同学产能、质量及出勤情况，统计评测效率、质量趋势及异常数据，发现问题及时反馈； 3、负责新人入项前的培训工作、入项考试与准入情况，统计批次通过率并分析问题，持续优化培训资料、项目流程及 SOP； 4、供应商管理，包括但不限于供应商的人员质量打分和项目质量打分，并予以反馈，协助团队提供供应商质量考核依据； 5、了解一线同学平台作业需求，推动评测工具、流程和协作方式的优化，提高项目效率。

1、全日制本科及以上，专业不限，动画、三维设计、戏剧影视学或人工智能等相关专业毕业的优先； 2、2年以上AI 模型评测项目经验、大语言模型（LLM）、数字人、TTS、ASR、Agent 等 AI 项目经验等相关工作经验，1年以上团队管理经验，具备项目管理能力； 3、具备良好的沟通协调能力和执行能力，逻辑思维强，工作认真细致，责任心强，具备较强的问题分析能力，能适应快节奏项目环境； 4、熟练使用 Excel、Word、PowerPoint 等办公软件，具备基础数据分析能力，能够完成数据整理和统计分析； 5、具有良好的文档编写能力，能快速理解并执行项目规范； 加分项 1、飞书、多维表格等项目协作工具使用经验； 2、有较强的工具意识，能够阅读简单的 JSON、CSV 等数据格式，具备 Python 基础开发能力，熟悉 SQL 者优先。
