我们正在打造 Vidu S——面向下一代实时交互体验的 AI 产品，探索实时视频生成、多模态理解、数字人、Agent 等技术如何重新定义人与 AI 的交互方式。 在这里，你将深度参与 Vidu S 从 0 到 1 的产品定义、体验设计与落地，与产品、算法、研发团队一起，把前沿模型能力转化为自然、直觉、具有沉浸感的真实产品体验，也会通过 Concept Design、交互 Demo 与新型工作流，探索 AI-native 产品真正应该是什么样。 如果你对 AI、新交互和未来产品形态充满好奇，希望自己的设计不只是优化界面，而是真正参与定义下一代人机交互体验，欢迎加入 Vidu S！ 职位描述 1、负责 Vidu S 实时交互产品从 0 到 1 的体验设计，覆盖信息架构、用户路径、交互设计与视觉设计，并建立统一的审美标准、视觉体系和设计规范，打造具有辨识度和一致性的产品体验； 2、深度参与实时视频生成、多模态交互、数字人、Agent 等核心 AI 场景设计，与产品、算法、研发团队协作，将复杂模型能力转化为简单、自然、富有创造力的用户体验； 3、探索下一代 AI-native 交互范式与产品形态，通过 Concept Design、高保真 Prototype、交互 Demo、体验蓝图等方式，将前沿技术趋势转化为可感知、可验证的产品体验； 4、负责 AI 产品的视觉表达与体验叙事，参与产品首页、核心 Demo、模型发布及能力展示等关键设计，并沉淀可复用的组件体系、交互规范和视觉资产，结合用户反馈与数据持续优化体验质量。

1、本科及以上学历，交互设计、视觉设计、人机交互、工业设计、美术、游戏设计等相关专业优先；3年以上互联网产品设计经验，有 AI 产品、创作工具、内容产品或复杂系统设计经验者优先； 2、具备扎实的 UI/UX 与视觉设计能力，能够独立完成从用户需求、信息架构、核心流程、交互方案到高保真视觉及上线验收的完整设计链路，对布局、字体、色彩、动效、操作反馈及视觉叙事有优秀判断力； 3、具备出众的审美与原创能力，不仅能够延续已有设计规范，也能够从 0 到 1 定义一套产品视觉语言，对 AI 产品应该呈现怎样的视觉风格与体验气质有自己的判断； 4、具备较强的 AI-native 产品意识与技术理解能力，对大模型、Agent、多模态、实时生成等方向保持高度敏感，能够理解技术能力和边界，并将抽象技术转化为清晰、自然且具有创新性的产品体验； 5、重度使用 AI 工具进行设计和创作，除熟练使用 Figma 等传统设计工具外，能够主动使用 AI Coding、图像生成、视频生成、Agent 等工具辅助研究、设计、原型验证及内容生产；具备 AI Coding 或快速制作交互 Demo 能力者优先； 6、具备较强的产品思维、用户洞察和业务理解能力，能够在产品目标、用户需求、技术限制和设计品质之间进行判断与取舍，而非仅停留在界面执行层； 7、具备优秀的跨团队协作与项目推动能力，能够与产品、算法、研发、内容等团队建立共识，独立推动复杂设计项目从 0 到 1 落地。 加分项 1、有从 0-1 AI 创新项目、实验性产品或 Concept Demo 经验、有实时交互、数字人、视频创作、Agent、Canvas 等产品设计经验，有完整产品视觉体系、Design System 或品牌化产品体验建设经验；对 Runway、Sora、Veo、HeyGen、Character.AI 等 AI 产品有深度体验与独立判断；需要对创作者工作流、内容生产与消费链路有较深入理解； 2、对 AI 产品审美、生成式界面和新型人机交互有持续研究和作品沉淀，具备一定的数据分析能力，能够结合用户行为数据与实验结果优化设计方案；对 AI 产品审美、生成式 UI、多模态交互和未来人机交互有长期思考，并有实际作品；具备一定编程实践，能够借助 AI Coding 将设计想法快速做成可交互 Prototype。 作品集要求： 请随简历附个人设计作品集，重点展示能够体现产品思维、交互能力与设计判断的完整项目案例。我们更关注你的思考过程、方案取舍与实际落地，而不仅是最终视觉稿。
