1、负责生数科技视频大模型在 B 端行业场景中的产品解决方案设计，重点面向互联网、广告、游戏、影视动漫等行业客户； 2、深入理解客户业务流程、应用场景和核心诉求，结合 AI 视频生成模型能力，设计可落地、可复制、可产品化的行业解决方案； 3、负责端到端方案架构设计，包括业务场景拆解、产品能力映射、系统集成方案、第三方能力整合及交付路径规划； 4、参与客户需求沟通、方案宣讲、Demo 演示、POC 方案设计与测试验证，推动方案从需求识别到商业落地； 5、将客户需求和项目经验沉淀为产品输入，协同产品、研发团队完成方案评估、能力规划和产品迭代； 6、建立和维护 PDSA 解决方案资产库，包括行业解决方案、产品介绍、POC 模板、招投标参数、最佳实践、竞品分析等； 7、协调产品、研发、交付、商务等团队，保障售前方案、POC 验证和交付阶段的顺畅衔接； 8、持续跟踪 AIGC、视频生成、行业应用及竞品动态，输出洞察与分析，为产品规划和行业拓展提供支持。

1、5年以上 To B 软件产品、解决方案架构、售前架构、业务咨询或业务需求分析相关经验； 2、具备较强的产品化思维和方案架构能力，能够将客户业务需求抽象为产品能力、系统方案和交付路径； 3、精通产品 PPT、解决方案、POC 方案、招投标文件等材料编写，具备优秀的结构化表达和客户沟通能力； 4、有第三方产品整合、系统集成、SaaS 平台或端到端解决方案设计经验者优先； 5、参与过完整招投标或大型 To B 项目推进，熟悉客户前期沟通、竞争分析、方案设计和投标文件编写； 6、对 AI 大模型、AIGC、视频生成模型的基本原理和产品形态有理解，有 AI 产品商业化或解决方案经验者优先； 7、能与产品、研发、交付、商务等多角色团队高效协同，推动复杂问题闭环； 8、具备较强抗压能力和自驱力，可接受短期出差。 加分项 1、有互联网、广告营销、游戏、影视动漫等行业解决方案经验； 2、有 AI 视频生成、数字内容生产、创意工具链或内容平台相关经验； 3、有从 0 到 1 搭建解决方案体系、行业方案库或 POC 方法论经验； 4、有国际客户的支持经验。
