1、针对Vidu S流式实时交互视频AI模型的开源开发者生态运营，负责开发者社区从0到1搭建、开源内容体系建设、开发者活动策划落地。打通模型开源传播、开发者赋能、社区活跃增长、生态共建全链路，通过专业化内容运营、常态化开发者活动、精细化社区运营，打造优质的AI模型开源开发者品牌，提升Vidu S模型的行业影响力与开发者生态规模； 2、开源运营策略与生态体系搭建，深入研究流式实时视频AI模型、具身智能、世界模型相关技术及行业开源生态，独立制定开源项目整体运营策略，涵盖项目版本发布规划、内容传播体系、社区增长路径、开发者生态建设方案；持续跟进开源行业动态与竞品生态，迭代优化运营策略，稳步提升开源项目的行业知名度、影响力与开发者渗透； 3、开发者基础设施与技术内容建设，从0到1搭建完善的开发者运营基础设施，统筹建设开发者入口、全套技术文档、标准化接入教程、实操Demo、FAQ知识库、社群运营规则等核心体系。迭代技术教程、版本更新说明、技术博客、落地案例、实操指南等各类技术内容，将AI模型技术、开源能力转化为通俗易懂、专业规范的内容，降低开发者接入与使用门槛； 4、多平台开发者社区精细化运营，负责海外（GitHub、HuggingFace、Discord）、国内微信社群、开发者社群等全渠道社区的日常运营维护。及时响应开发者咨询与问题反馈，精准收集开发者使用痛点、功能需求与优化建议，建立标准化用户反馈收集、同步、落地复盘机制，持续优化开发者使用体验，提升开发者留存与粘性； 5、项目传播与开发者增长运营，围绕AI模型版本更新，策划落地开源传播方案，通过技术文稿、实操Demo、讲解视频、线上分享、线下活动等，完成产品曝光与技术破圈。同时负责开发者全生命周期增长体系搭建与闭环运营，覆盖拉新、激活、促活、留存、转化、贡献复购全流程。精准定位学生、科研、工程、企业类开发者用户画像，搭建海内外开源社区、垂直技术渠道、私域社群多维度流量矩阵，挖掘精准自然流量与技术流量。通过玩法创新、权益赋能提升流量转化效率与用户生命周期价值，实现Vidu S模型开发者生态规模化、高质量、可持续增长； 6、全类型开发者活动策划与落地，独立策划并落地全品类开发者生态活动，包括线上技术沙龙、专题Workshop、开发者挑战赛、黑客松Hackathon、线下Meetup、联合技术分享等活动。负责活动方案策划、流程落地、用户招募、现场执行、复盘迭代全流程，通过多样化活动激活社区氛围，吸引广大开发者参与项目试用、二次开发与生态共建。

1、本科及以上学历，3年及以上开发者关系、开源社区运营、技术社区运营、B端产品运营相关工作经验，有AI、大模型、视觉模型开源项目运营经验者优先； 2、熟悉AI、具身智能、世界模型、流式视频AI模型、API平台、开发者工具等技术生态，具备开源社区、开发者生态从0到1搭建经验者优先； 3、具备优秀的多线程项目推进能力，可同时统筹内容建设、活动落地、生态合作、社区运维、产品对接等多项工作，执行力强、落地效率高； 4、具备优秀的技术内容创作与表达能力，擅长拆解复杂技术逻辑，能够独立产出专业、易懂的技术文档、科普内容，可独立完成技术分享、活动宣讲等工作； 5、熟练掌握渠道拉新、流量精细化运营、用户分层分群、私域深度盘活、沉默用户召回、活跃促活、留存转化、用户价值提升等全套增长手段；能够独立搭建增长指标体系、数据看板，设计A/B增长实验，基于数据归因复盘优化运营策略，有效解决流量低效、激活率低、用户流失、社区活跃度不足等增长问题，可独立承接用户规模、活跃度、留存率、转化贡献等核心增长KPI并闭环落地； 6、善于对外沟通协同，能够高效推进生态伙伴合作与跨界联动；具备极强的目标导向与结果导向思维，深度理解技术社区与开发者用户增长逻辑，擅长通过内容、活动、渠道、生态联动多重手段撬动增长，可独立拆解增长目标、搭建增长路径、落地运营闭环，热爱开源文化，认同开发者生态运营价值。
