1、双系统研发：基于具身基座模型，构建并优化“快思考（反应式控制）+ 慢思考（逻辑规划）”的双系统架构以及记忆系统（例如 Pi0.7 MEM），有双系统开发和部署经验；研究Tool Calling、长时序任务执行能力，实现从语言指令理解、任务拆解到动作执行的全流程自主决策； 2、探索VLM、LLM Agent 和 World Action Models 更有机的融合，以及 Unified Model 等前沿技术，并复现前沿技术； 3、整合感知、决策、底层策略、导航等模块，完成多模块联调与系统融合，优化Agent长链条任务执行逻辑，解决任务中断、逻辑冲突、指令理解偏差、多步骤任务失效等问题； 4、负责相关模型场景的定制化开发与效果优化，根据对外展示、产品迭代需求，打磨交互体验、任务完成度、响应速度，持续提升具身Agent的可视化演示效果与实用性。

1、硕士及以上学历，人工智能、计算机、机器人、软件工程等相关专业，1-3年具身Agent、VLM、大模型智能体工程落地经验，有Demo发版、项目交付实战经验优先； 2、精通VLM、具身Agent核心技术，熟悉大模型任务规划、思维链、记忆系统、工具调用、多轮交互机制，了解VLA、导航、运动控制等上下游模块逻辑； 3、具备扎实的工程落地能力，熟练掌握Python、C++开发，熟悉ROS/ROS2、多模块集成开发，具备复杂机器人系统联调、问题排查能力。
