Desde Suessa, nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Analista Sr Comercial (Desarrollo de Canal) para compañía local referente en la importación y comercialización de piezas de suspensión para el mercado de reposición automotor.

🎯 El Desafío

Tu objetivo principal será analizar, desarrollar y expandir la comercialización de la unidad de negocios de autopartes de suspensión importadas. Buscamos un perfil que logre un equilibrio perfecto entre la gestión directa de ventas a distribuidores/talleres y el análisis estratégico del mercado para optimizar la rentabilidad del canal.

🚀 Principales Responsabilidades

Desarrollo y Gestión del Canal Aftermarket

  • Ejecutar la estrategia de captación y fidelización de distribuidores y talleres a nivel nacional y regional.
  • Impulsar fuertemente la venta de la línea de suspensión: Bujes Silent-Block, Cazoletas de Suspensión, Topes de goma, Bieletas y Soportes de Motor.
  • Identificar y calificar clientes potenciales a través de bases de datos, ferias, eventos de la industria y redes profesionales.

Análisis Comercial e Inteligencia de Mercado

  • Monitorear el mercado analizando a la competencia, elasticidad de precios y tendencias del parque automotor.
  • Aportar insights basados en datos a la Dirección Comercial para decidir la incorporación de nuevas referencias o familias de productos.
  • Proyectar la demanda (forecast) para alinear estratégicamente las ventas con las áreas de compras e importación.
  • Analizar la cobertura geográfica para detectar zonas desatendidas y expandir la red.

Negociación B2B y Gestión de Cuentas

  • Liderar la negociación con distribuidores y talleres (volúmenes, condiciones de pago, listas de precios y promociones).
  • Gestionar el 100% del proceso comercial en Pipedrive (CRM), garantizando el seguimiento y cierre de cotizaciones.
  • Realizar visitas periódicas a clientes para fidelizar el vínculo, auditar el nivel de satisfacción y detectar nuevas necesidades.

📌 Requisitos del Perfil

  • Experiencia (Excluyente): Mínimo de 10 años comprobables en áreas comerciales exclusivamente dentro del mercado de repuestos automotrices (Aftermarket).
  • Conocimiento Específico: Dominio profundo del ecosistema de distribuidores y talleres de autopartes (foco en suspensión).
  • Educación: Secundario completo (Excluyente). Se valorará formación terciaria/universitaria en áreas comerciales, técnicas o ingeniería.
  • Herramientas IT: Uso disciplinado de Pipedrive (u otro CRM como Salesforce/HubSpot) para reporting. Nivel intermedio-avanzado de Excel (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas, análisis de datos). Se valorará el conocimiento en herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial.
  • Habilidades Clave: Fuerte capacidad analítica, visión de negocios, autonomía y probadas habilidades de negociación B2B. Orientación 100% a resultados.
