The posting

Desde Suessa, nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Jefe/a Industrial para incorporarse al equipo de trabajo de La Cardeuse, reconocida compañía argentina con más de 150 años de trayectoria en el mercado del descanso.

El puesto reportará al Gerente de Planta y tendrá a su cargo las áreas de Producción, Despacho y Mantenimiento de una planta industrial de aproximadamente 150 colaboradores ubicada en Lanús.

.| Principales responsabilidades:

  • Administrar los recursos necesarios para cumplir satisfactoriamente con la fabricación y entrega de los productos según estándares de la Empresa.
  • Evaluar los métodos de trabajo actuales y aportar mejoras tanto en tiempos de fabricación y entrega como en calidad y servicio.
  • Diagramar la producción, planificando los sectores según las necesidades oscilantes de la demanda.
  • Coordinar y planificar las tareas de Mantenimiento.
  • Velar por la calidad de los productos fabricados y la calidad de servicio brindada al cliente.
  • Controlar y verificar los stocks de Materia prima y Producto terminado. Coordinar y planificar stocks de repuestos.
  • Generar informes de gestión que muestren la situación de cada uno de los sectores.
  • Gestionar asuntos sindicales y el contacto diario con delegados gremiales, a fin de evitar potenciales conflictos.
  • Dirigir, desarrollar, capacitar y evaluar al equipo de trabajo (supervisores, coordinadores, operarios), fomentando una cultura de seguridad, trabajo en equipo y mejora continua.
  • Garantizar que las tareas se cumplan bajo las normas de Seguridad e Higiene determinadas por los organismos de control.

.| Requisitos:

  • Preferentemente, graduado/a y/o estudiante avanzado/a de Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica o afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años en rol similar teniendo equipos a su cargo en plantas productivas de industrias textil, metalúrgica o química.
  • Se valorará conocimiento en: interpretación de planos, electricidad, mecánica, electrónica y neumática, normas ISO 9001.
  • Capacidad de liderazgo, comunicación efectiva, negociación, orientación a resultados, resolución de problemas, tolerancia al cambio, capacidad analítica y de toma de decisiones.

  • Jornada full-time (lunes a viernes de 6 a 15hs). Presencial en planta.
  • Lugar de trabajo: Lanús, Buenos Aires.
