En Suessa nos encontramos en la búsqueda de perfiles comerciales proactivos, dinámicos y con un fuerte perfil vendedor para incorporarse al equipo de una reconocida marca líder en confort y descanso, para locales ubicados en Neuquén Capital.

Propósito del Rol:

La persona que ocupe este puesto será responsable de llevar adelante el proceso completo de ventas, desde la gestión proactiva de potenciales clientes hasta el cierre efectivo de operaciones, garantizando una experiencia de compra satisfactoria y contribuyendo al cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales de la empresa.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Gestión integral de ventas: Asesoramiento personalizado, identificación de necesidades del cliente, presentación y recomendación de productos/servicios, elaboración de presupuestos, negociación y cierre de ventas.
  • Control y actualización de CRM: Registro y actualización de información relevante de clientes/as, oportunidades y operaciones en el sistema de gestión.
  • Colaboración con otras áreas: Trabajo conjunto con los equipos de logística, marketing y administración para ofrecer una experiencia integral y optimizar procesos internos.
  • Cumplimiento de objetivos: Alcanzar y superar las metas mensuales, trimestrales y anuales definidas por la compañía.
  • Participación activa en capacitaciones: Mantenerse actualizado/a sobre novedades de productos, políticas comerciales y procesos internos.

Requisitos y perfil del puesto:

  • Formación académica: Secundario completo. Se valorará formación terciaria/universitaria en Comercialización, Administración, Marketing o afines.
  • Experiencia previa: Mínimo 1 año en posiciones similares de ventas, atención al cliente o roles comerciales en empresas de productos o servicios.
  • Manejo de herramientas digitales: Conocimiento en sistemas CRM, Paquete Office y canales de venta digital (correo electrónico, WhatsApp, redes sociales).
