Deine Mission

Als Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) übernimmst du die strategische und operative Gesamtverantwortung für die Informationssicherheit bei Swissbit. Du entwickelst unser Informationssicherheitsmanagementsystem (ISMS) kontinuierlich weiter, stellst die Einhaltung regulatorischer Anforderungen – insbesondere nach ISO/IEC 27001 und NIS2 – sicher und berätst die Geschäftsführung in allen Fragen der Informationssicherheit. Gemeinsam mit dem Leiter IT, dem CFO sowie Legal & Compliance sorgst du dafür, dass Informationssicherheit nachhaltig in unserer Organisation verankert und kontinuierlich weiterentwickelt wird.

  • Verantwortung für die Informationssicherheitsstrategie und deren kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung
  • Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung des Informationssicherheitsmanagementsystems (ISMS) nach ISO/IEC 27001
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung regulatorischer Anforderungen, insbesondere der NIS2-Richtlinie sowie weiterer relevanter Standards
  • Verantwortung für das Informationsrisikomanagement sowie die Durchführung von Risikoanalysen und Sicherheitsbewertungen
  • Planung und Begleitung von Zertifizierungen (ISO/IEC 27001) sowie internen und externen Audits
  • Definition und Weiterentwicklung von Sicherheitsrichtlinien, Standards und Prozessen
  • Steuerung und Koordination des Incident Response Managements bei Sicherheitsvorfällen
  • Überwachung der Wirksamkeit der Informationssicherheitsmassnahmen anhand definierter Ziele und Kennzahlen sowie regelmässiges Reporting an die Geschäftsführung

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, IT-Sicherheit oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Informationssicherheit, idealerweise in einer leitenden oder koordinierenden Funktion (z. B. als CISO, ISB oder vergleichbar)
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung eines Informationssicherheitsmanagementsystems (ISMS) nach ISO/IEC 27001
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der ISO/IEC 27001, regulatorischer Anforderungen (z. B. NIS2) sowie im Informationsrisiko- und Compliance-Management
  • Zertifizierungen wie CISSP, CISM oder ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer / Lead Auditor sind von Vorteil
  • Strategisches Denkvermögen sowie eine strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und sicheres Auftreten auf allen Hierarchieebenen
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
