Deine Mission

Als Process Technology Engineer (m/f/d) entwickelst du in unserer R&D-Abteilung neue Prozesstechnologien für die Advanced-Packaging-Fertigung. Dabei begleitest du Entwicklungsprojekte, arbeitest eng mit internen Schnittstellen zusammen und trägst dazu bei, innovative Fertigungsprozesse stabil, effizient und qualitätsorientiert umzusetzen.

Spannende Aufgaben warten auf Dich

  • Entwicklung neuer Technologieprozesse im Semiconductor Packaging, insbesondere für Wafer-, Substrat- und Panel Processing
  • Auswahl von Lieferanten für neues Prozessequipment sowie Begleitung von Projekten inklusive Reporting
  • Definition von Prozessgrenzen und Design Rules im Rahmen von ADKs sowie Begleitung neuer Produkt- und Prozessprojekte
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Process/Industrial Engineering, Quality Management und Einkauf zur Umsetzung maßgeschneiderter Lösungen
  • Sicherstellung von Qualitätsstandards, Projektzielen und stabilen Fertigungsprozessen
  • Durchführung und Auswertung von Analysen sowie Erstellung von Berichten zu neuen Fertigungsprozessen, z. B. EMPB

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Mikrosystemtechnik, Halbleitertechnik, Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik oder vergleichbar
  • Industrielle Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Packaging-Prozessen, z. B. Substrat-, Panel- oder Wafer-Vereinzelung, Molding sowie Assembly-Prozesse wie Wirebond, Diebond oder Flip Chip
  • Kenntnisse gängiger Aufbau- und Verbindungstechnologien, u. a. Löten, Chip on Board, Trennen, Waferbearbeitung und Molding
  • Fundiertes Verständnis mechanischer Prozesse auf Wafer, Substrat und Metallisierungen sowie deren Einfluss auf Produktqualität, Entwicklungszeit und Kosten
  • Erfahrung mit prozessorientierten Herausforderungen in der Serienfertigung, insbesondere Yield, Stabilität und Reproduzierbarkeit
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in statistischen und mathematischen Methoden, datenbasierter Prozessanalyse sowie Spezifikation und Abnahme von Anlagen
  • verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
