Deine Mission

Als Process Engineer Packaging (m/f/d) entwickelst, optimierst und stabilisierst du unsere Prozesse im Bereich Housing, Inspektion und Markierung. Du stellst robuste Fertigungsprozesse sicher, analysierst Qualitätsabweichungen und treibst datenbasierte Prozessverbesserungen gemeinsam mit Produktion, Qualität und Entwicklung voran.

Spannende Aufgaben warten auf Dich

  • Entwicklung, Optimierung und Stabilisierung von Prozessen im Bereich Housing, Inspektion und Markierung
  • Prozessverantwortung für Serienprozesse hinsichtlich Qualität, Prozessfähigkeit und Ausbringung
  • Erstellung, Optimierung und Validierung von Anlagen- und Prüfprogrammen für Kamerasysteme, Markiersysteme und Automatisierungsanlagen
  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Inspektionssystemen sowie Optimierung der Prüfstrategien zur Reduzierung von False Calls und Verbesserung der Fehlererkennung
  • Analyse von Prozess- und Qualitätsdaten sowie Durchführung strukturierter Root-Cause-Analysen bei Prozessabweichungen und Reklamationen
  • Planung und Durchführung von Produkt- und Prozessqualifizierungen sowie Einführung neuer Produkte, Materialien und Anlagen in die Serienfertigung
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Arbeitsanweisungen, Prozessstandards und Fertigungsdokumentationen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, Produktion, Qualität und Instandhaltung zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Fertigungsprozesse

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Mikrosystemtechnik, Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Aufbau- und Verbindungstechnik oder in automatisierten Produktionsprozessen, idealerweise in den Bereichen Housing, optische Inspektion oder Lasermarkierung
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Optimierung von Programmen für Inspektions-, Kamera- oder Markiersysteme
  • Kenntnisse in statistischen Methoden (SPC, DoE, MSA, Cp/Cpk) sowie in der datenbasierten Prozessanalyse
  • Erfahrung mit Prüf- und Messtechnik sowie der Bewertung von Qualitätsmerkmalen
  • Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Root-Cause-Analysen und der Umsetzung nachhaltiger Prozessverbesserungen
  • Strukturierte, analytische und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in interdisziplinären Teams
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
