Spannende Aufgaben warten auf Dich

  • Einrichten, Rüsten und Bedienen unserer COB-Fertigungsanlagen
  • Bedienung und Umrüstung folgender Anlagen:Datacon EVO ESEC 2100 sD Fasford DB830+ Panasonic PSX307 ASM EagleExtreme / EagleAero XYZtec Condor Sigma Mikroskope und Analysetools
  • Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung von Fertigungsaufträgen gemäß Arbeitsanweisungen und Produktionsvorgaben
  • Überwachung und Steuerung des gesamten Fertigungsprozesses
  • Durchführung optischer und messtechnischer Qualitätskontrollen gemäß Arbeitsanweisungen
  • Erkennen und Melden von Prozessabweichungen sowie Unterstützung bei der Fehleranalyse
  • Sicherstellung der Produktqualität und Einhaltung geltender Qualitätsstandards
  • Dokumentation aller Arbeitsschritte im MES sowie im SAP ERP-System
  • Arbeiten unter Reinraumbedingungen unter Einhaltung der geltenden Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsvorgaben

Dein Profil

  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Elektronik-, Halbleiter-, Mikrotechnologie- oder Serienfertigung
  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Mikrotechnologie, Elektronik, Mechatronik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation von Vorteil
  • Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit Computern sowie idealerweise mit SAP ERP und MS Office
  • Hohe Konzentrationsfähigkeit sowie ausgeprägte Feinmotorik
  • Gute visuelle Wahrnehmungsfähigkeit sowie die Fähigkeit, über längere Zeit präzise unter dem Mikroskop zu arbeiten
  • Ausgeprägtes Auge für Qualitätsmerkmale, feine Strukturen und Prozessabweichungen
  • Sorgfältige, saubere und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Technisches Verständnis und Interesse an Produktionsprozessen
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
