Nous ouvrons un poste de Business Analyst Finance / Core Banking afin de renforcer une équipe d’une quinzaine de collaborateurs au sein d’un département Technologies & Operations. Organisée selon les principes Agile, l’équipe intervient sur l’évolution et la maintenance de solutions bancaires liées à la Finance et à la Comptabilité.

Responsabilités du poste

  • Faire le lien entre les utilisateurs métiers et les équipes de développement afin de faciliter la compréhension et la traduction des besoins.
  • Recueillir, analyser et challenger les exigences métier, puis les formaliser en spécifications fonctionnelles claires et structurées.
  • Modéliser les parcours utilisateurs, processus métier et flux de données nécessaires à la conception des solutions.
  • Analyser les données et indicateurs afin d’appuyer les décisions et de contribuer à la définition des besoins projet.
  • Garantir la qualité des exigences et livrables, tout en définissant et exécutant des scénarios de tests end-to-end sur plusieurs produits.
  • Assurer le suivi des projets et communiquer efficacement sur l’avancement, les risques, les problématiques et les dépendances.

Prérequis du poste

  • Master en management, ingénierie informatique, systèmes d’information ou dans un domaine équivalent.
  • Minimum 3 ans d’expérience dans une fonction similaire au sein du secteur bancaire.
  • Expérience en environnement multidisciplinaire ou sur des projets de transformation d’envergure, idéalement avec une exposition aux domaines Finance et Comptabilité.
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils de gestion et de suivi tels que Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow et Microsoft 365.
  • Solides capacités d’analyse, de modélisation des processus et de résolution de problèmes, avec une approche orientée données.
  • Excellentes compétences relationnelles et de communication en français et en anglais, ainsi qu’une résidence en Suisse ou une volonté de s’y installer.
  • Démarrage impératif au 1er Décembre.
