Nous ouvrons un poste de Manager de programme IT pour renforcer l’équipe de notre client basé à Genève, dans le secteur public. La personne recrutée pilotera des programmes stratégiques liés à l’évolution des systèmes d’information, aux solutions métiers et à la modernisation des services numériques.

Responsabilités du poste

  • Structurer et conduire des programmes et projets informatiques à forts enjeux.
  • Garantir l’atteinte des objectifs tout en maîtrisant les coûts, les délais et la qualité.
  • Mettre en place un suivi rigoureux des risques et définir les actions correctives nécessaires.
  • Piloter les projets selon la méthodologie Hermès et les standards de gouvernance applicables.
  • Organiser les processus de décision et obtenir les validations des différentes instances.
  • Coordonner les ressources multidisciplinaires et accompagner le développement des équipes.
  • Élaborer les plans de communication, d’accompagnement au changement et de formation.
  • Conseiller les parties prenantes et assurer un reporting clair auprès des organes de pilotage.
  • Master universitaire en informatique, diplôme d’ingénieur EPF ou formation jugée équivalente.
  • Au moins 7 ans d’expérience en gestion de programmes et 10 ans en gestion de projets IT.
  • Expérience confirmée dans le pilotage de solutions métiers et de projets organisationnels.
  • Maîtrise d’un ou plusieurs référentiels reconnus, tels que Hermès, PMI, IPMA ou Agile.
  • Solides compétences en management d’équipes pluridisciplinaires, y compris à distance.
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication, négociation, leadership et gestion des parties prenantes.
  • Bonne compréhension des enjeux propres aux organisations publiques et institutionnelles.
  • Maîtrise du français indispensable, l’allemand ou l’anglais en complément.
