Unser Kunde ist eine überregional tätige Steuerberatungsgesellschaft mit Standorten in ganz Deutschland und einer festen, breit aufgestellten Mandantenstruktur. Die Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung ist dort nicht Nebensache, sondern in einem eigenen Kompetenzbereich organisiert, in dem ein eingespieltes Team mit klaren Prozessen arbeitet.

Für den Standort Hamburg suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine Abteilungsleitung (m/w/d) für die Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung.

Deine Aufgabe

  • Du übernimmst die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines Teams von rund zehn Mitarbeitenden
  • Du sorgst für eine korrekte und termingerechte Entgeltabrechnung in DATEV für den festen Mandantenstamm am Standort
  • Du bringst dich neben der Führungsverantwortung weiterhin selbst operativ ins Tagesgeschäft ein
  • Du bist Ansprechpartner für dein Team bei lohnsteuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fragen
  • Du stimmst dich eng mit der überregionalen Fachleitung des Bereichs ab
  • Du gestaltest Arbeitsabläufe im Team aktiv mit und entwickelst sie weiter

Dein Profil

  • Du bringst 5 bis 6 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung mit
  • Du hast bereits mindestens ein Jahr disziplinarische Führungsverantwortung für mindestens fünf Mitarbeitende übernommen
  • Du arbeitest sicher mit DATEV
  • Du kennst dich im Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht gut aus, erste steuerliche Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Du bist digital affin und hast Freude daran, Prozesse weiterzuentwickeln
  • Dein Wohnort liegt in Hamburg oder Umgebung, da die Position mit regelmäßiger Präsenz vor Ort verbunden ist
