Unser Kunde ist ein international tätiges Unternehmen der Lebensmittelbranche mit mehreren tausend Mitarbeitenden in Europa und einer starken Position im Handel. Am Standort Hamburg wurde der Finanzbereich für mehrere Gesellschaften zentral gebündelt – ein Umfeld, in dem Prozesse und Digitalisierung gerade neu gestaltet werden und du deine Ideen einbringen kannst.

Für das Buchhaltungsteam in Hamburg suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Finanzbuchhalter (m/w/d).

Deine Aufgabe

  • Du wirkst an Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB mit, optional auch nach IFRS
  • Du verantwortest die Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung inklusive Mahnwesen und klärst offene Posten
  • Du buchst laufende Geschäftsvorfälle, Bankbewegungen und interne Belege
  • Du stimmst Konten ab – insbesondere Lieferanten- und Verrechnungskonten – und bearbeitest Saldenbestätigungen
  • Du führst den Zahlungsverkehr durch und kontrollierst Zahlläufe
  • Du pflegst Stammdaten im ERP-System und bringst dich aktiv in die Optimierung der Accounting-Prozesse ein

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein wirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanz- oder Rechnungswesen
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, in der du eigenständig arbeitest
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung sowie in der Rechnungslegung nach HGB; IFRS ist ein Plus
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und eine hohe IT-Affinität – ein bestimmtes System musst du nicht mitbringen, du wirst eingearbeitet
  • Analytisches Denken und der Blick für Prozesse als Ganzes
  • Teamgeist, Einsatzbereitschaft und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
