Unser Kunde ist ein international tätiges Unternehmen der Lebensmittelbranche mit mehreren tausend Mitarbeitenden in Europa und einer starken Position im Handel. Am Standort Hamburg wurde der Finanzbereich für mehrere Gesellschaften zentral gebündelt. Im Hauptbuch-Team arbeitest du eigenständig an Abschlüssen nach HGB und gestaltest Prozesse und Digitalisierung aktiv mit.

Für dieses Team suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt zwei Finanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Hauptbuch.

Deine Aufgabe

  • Du erstellst Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB eigenständig mit, optional auch nach IFRS
  • Du verantwortest die Hauptbuchhaltung für mehrere Gesellschaften: laufende Geschäftsvorfälle, Bankbewegungen und interne Belege
  • Du prüfst, klärst und stimmst Konten ab, insbesondere Verrechnungs- und Lieferantenkonten, und bearbeitest Saldenbestätigungen
  • Du führst den Zahlungsverkehr durch und kontrollierst Zahlläufe
  • Du arbeitest eng mit dem Konzernbereich im europäischen Ausland zusammen, teils auf Englisch
  • Du pflegst Stammdaten im ERP-System und bringst dich in die Optimierung und Digitalisierung der Accounting-Prozesse ein

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein wirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanz- oder Rechnungswesen; eine Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter ist ein Plus, aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (ca. 5 Jahre oder mehr) in der Finanz- oder Bilanzbuchhaltung mit eigenständiger Arbeitsweise
  • Abschlusssicherheit nach HGB: du hast Jahresabschlüsse schon selbst erstellt oder eigenständig daran mitgewirkt. IFRS-Kenntnisse sind ein Plus
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und hohe IT-Affinität. Das System vor Ort ist neu eingeführt, Vorkenntnisse brauchst du nicht
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse für den Austausch im internationalen Konzernumfeld
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Freude daran, Dinge selbst in die Hand zu nehmen
