Unser Kunde ist eine überregional tätige Steuerberatungsgesellschaft mit Standorten in ganz Deutschland und einer festen, breit aufgestellten Mandantenstruktur. Die Entgeltabrechnung ist dort nicht Nebensache, sondern in einem eigenen Kompetenzbereich gebündelt, in dem monatlich bis zu 1.000 Abrechnungen laufen. Du arbeitest also in einem eingespielten Team mit klaren Prozessen und nicht als Einzelkämpferin oder Einzelkämpfer zwischen Tür und Angel.

Für die Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung an den Standorten Hamburg, Kiel oder Schwerin suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Lohn- und Gehaltsbuchhalter (m/w/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit.

Deine Aufgabe

  • Du rechnest die Entgelte für einen festen Mandantenstamm in DATEV ab
  • Du betreust deine Mandanten in lohnsteuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fragen
  • Du erstellst Statistiken und Personalauswertungen
  • Du bist Ansprechpartner für Versicherungsträger und Behörden
  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für alle Themen rund um die Abrechnung deiner Mandanten
  • Du arbeitest eng mit deinem Team zusammen und stimmst dich bei kniffligen Fällen kurz ab

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise als Steuerfachangestellter (m/w/d), gern mit Weiterbildung zum Lohn- und Gehaltsbuchhalter oder Personalfachkaufmann (m/w/d)
  • Du bringst einschlägige Erfahrung in der durchführenden Lohnabrechnung mit, vorzugsweise aus einer Steuerkanzlei
  • Du kennst dich im Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht gut aus
  • Du arbeitest sicher mit DATEV und MS Office
  • Du kommunizierst gern mit Mandanten und trittst freundlich und sicher auf
  • Du arbeitest zuverlässig, gewissenhaft und bringst eigene Ideen ein
