Unser Kunde ist eine interdisziplinär aufgestellte Kanzlei-Gruppe mit Standorten in ganz Deutschland. Steuerberatung, Rechtsberatung und Wirtschaftsprüfung kommen für Privatpersonen und mittelständische Unternehmen aus einer Hand, und das Team wächst weiter.

Für die Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung der Mandanten am Standort Hamburg suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Lohn- und Gehaltsbuchhalter (m/w/d).

Deine Aufgabe

  • Du erstellst eigenverantwortlich die Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen für einen festen Mandantenkreis.
  • Du bearbeitest und erstellst alle abrechnungsrelevanten Bescheinigungen.
  • Du bist Ansprechpartner:in für Mandanten bei sozial- und lohnsteuerrechtlichen Fragen.
  • Du führst die Korrespondenz mit Behörden und Sozialversicherungsträgern.
  • Du arbeitest in einem Team von rund sechs Kolleginnen und Kollegen, etwa die Hälfte davon im Homeoffice.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Steuerfachangestellten oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum/zur Lohnbuchhalter:in.
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (ab 3 bis 4 Jahren) in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung mit, idealerweise im Kanzleiumfeld.
  • Du gehst sicher mit MS Office um, DATEV-Kenntnisse sind ein großes Plus.
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und serviceorientiert.
