Deine Aufgabe

In dieser Rolle bist du ein zentraler Treiber für das weitere Wachstum. Du begleitest Wohnungsunternehmen sicher von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zum erfolgreichen Vertragsabschluss.

  • Neukundengewinnung: Du akquirierst aktiv Entscheider aus der Wohnungswirtschaft (telefonisch und schriftlich).
  • Präsentation: Du stellst die digitalen Lösungen sowohl in Online-Demos als auch bei Terminen vor Ort souverän vor.
  • Abschlussstärke: Du verhandelst auf Augenhöhe mit Teamleitungen, Geschäftsführungen und Vorständen.
  • Sales-Cycle Management: Du verantwortest den gesamten Prozess von der Akquise bis zum Closing und pflegst deine Pipeline strukturiert in HubSpot.
  • Schnittstellenfunktion: Nach dem Abschluss stellst du eine saubere Übergabe an das Projekt- und Key Account Management sicher.

Dein Profil

  • Erfahrung: Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb, idealerweise im Software- oder SaaS-Umfeld.
  • Mindset: Du hast echte Freude an aktiver Akquise, hoher Abschlussverantwortung und dem Aufbau langfristiger Beziehungen.
  • Souveränität: Du trittst sicher auf, präsentierst gerne vor größeren Gruppen und besitzt eine ausgeprägte Überzeugungskraft.
  • Arbeitsweise: Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und bringst die notwendige Reisebereitschaft für Kundentermine und Events mit.
  • Kommunikation: Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch; Englischkenntnisse sind ein gern gesehenes Plus.
