Deine Aufgabe

In der Rolle als Integrationsarchitekt / Tech Lead (w/d/m) übernimmst du die technische Gesamtverantwortung für die Einführung eines neuen Provisions- und Vermittlersystems. Da der Go-Live für 2026 geplant ist, steigst du in einer entscheidenden Phase ein.

  • Technische Führung: Du steuerst das Team in technischen Belangen (in enger Abstimmung mit Scrum Master und PO) und treibst Architektur-Entscheidungen aktiv voran.
  • Systemintegration: Du verantwortest die saubere Einbindung der neuen Kauflösung in die bestehende Systemlandschaft, inklusive der Definition von Datenflüssen und Schnittstellen.
  • Architektur-Design: Du entwickelst Ist- und Zielarchitekturen sowie tragfähige Migrationsszenarien unter Berücksichtigung der On-Prem-Infrastruktur.
  • Qualitätssicherung: Du bist aktiv in die Entwicklung eingebunden, definierst technische Leitlinien, sicherst die Code-Qualität und identifizierst frühzeitig Risiken.
  • Mentoring: Du förderst die technologische Weiterentwicklung deiner Kolleg:innen und agierst als kommunikative Brücke zwischen Business und IT.

Dein Profil

  • Qualifikation: Ein abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung (z. B. Fachinformatiker:in) mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung.
  • Erfahrung: Mehrjährige Praxis in der Softwareentwicklung und IT-Architektur, idealerweise mit Fokus auf Java und Kenntnissen im Versicherungsumfeld.
  • Expertise: Tiefgehende Erfahrung mit Integrationsarchitekturen, Schnittstellen-Design und Systemkopplungen.
  • Methodik: Sicherer Umgang mit agilen Frameworks (Scrum); Kenntnisse in SAFe sind ein willkommenes Plus.
  • Skills: Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Sachverhalte zielgruppengerecht zu vermitteln.
  • Sprachen: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
