Requisitos:

  • Ensino Superior Completo em Administração, Contabilidade, Tecnólogo em Gestão de Recursos Humanos ou áreas afins do negócio
  • Informática (básica)
  • Pacote Office (básico)
  • Conhecimento das rotinas de Administração de Pessoas

Missão do Cargo:

Executar e administrar as rotinas de administração de pessoas, sendo elas: controle de ponto, admissões e demissões, cálculo de férias e rescisões, folha de pagamento, impostos e obrigações acessórias, gestão de acesso e análise de indicadores.

Principais atividades:

1. Realizar ajustes necessários no sistema de controle de ponto dos colaboradores

2. Realizar cálculo de férias, rescisões e FGTS rescisório e encaminhar para pagamento

3. Disponibilizar documentos necessários para homologação e pagamento de rescisões de contrato de trabalho

4. Controlar os vencimentos dos conselhos profissionais dos colaboradores

5. Realizar atendimentos aos colaboradores

6. Realizar a manutenção dos benefícios oferecidos aos colaboradores

7. Encaminhar os colaboradores para afastamentos previdenciários quando necessário

8. Emitir adendo contratual de cargo e/ou horário sempre que houver alterações

9. Enviar o Cadastro Geral de Empregados e Desempregados (Caged) com informação das admissões e demissões

10. Criar permissões no sistema de controle de acesso

11. Liberar acessos das pessoas no sistema de Controle de Acesso

12. Acompanhar e orientar o cumprimento das obrigações relacionadas ao Saúde e Segurança dos colaboradores

13. Acompanhar e participar das ações relacionadas a Qualidade e Acreditações

14. Revisar processos e rotinas para atender as obrigações legais e necessidades da Cooperativa

15. Prestar suporte a equipe DHO e gestores acerca dos assuntos relacionados a administração de pessoas e outras demandas

16. Realizar treinamentos com assuntos relacionados a relação trabalhista e sistemas relacionados a área

17. Participar da organização de eventos e programas promovidos aos colaboradores

18. Assumir a responsabilidade técnica pelas atividades na sua área de atuação

19. Executar outras atividades correlatadas, de acordo com as atribuições próprias de sua unidade operacional e da sua natureza do seu trabalho, conforme determinação superior.
