Requisitos:

  • Ensino Médio Completo com Curso Técnico em Enfermagem;
  • Registro ativo no Conselho de SC;
  • Informática básica;
  • Pacote Office.

Missão do cargo:

Manter um ambiente de trabalho agradável, ajudando a equipe nos processos que sejam necessários, prestando um atendimento de excelência e cuidado ao nosso cliente, bem como seguindo todos os protocolos institucionais e o regimento interno da instituição.

Principais atividades:

1. Seguir como norma o código de ética profissional do conselho regional de enfermagem (Coren)

2. Receber o paciente cirúrgico

3. Organizar ambiente de trabalho e salas cirúrgicas

4. Realizar limpeza preparatória das salas de cirurgia

5. Preparar e administrar os medicamentos de forma segura

6. Realizar todos os controles e registros necessários conforme protocolos da instituição

7. Proporcionar a higiene e conforto aos pacientes

8. Ouvir, orientar e ajudar pacientes e familiares

9. Preparar e organizar todos os materiais necessários durante a cirurgia

10. Realizar reposição de material em sala cirúrgica

11. Seguir e aplicar protocolo de cirurgia segura em todas as etapas

12. Realizar a contagem de compressas e material cirúrgico

13. Solicitar a presença do enfermeiro sempre que necessário

14. Participar de reuniões com os líderes quando necessário

15. Fazer parte dos treinamentos e programas de desenvolvimento oferecidos pela instituição

16. Colaborar com treinamento e suporte para novos colaboradores na equipe

17. Desenvolver procedimentos técnicos, conforme orientação do enfermeiro

18. Zelar pelas condições ambientais de segurança do paciente e da equipe multiprofissional e pelo correto manuseio dos equipamentos

19. Se manter atualizado dos procedimentos realizados, da sala de cirurgia da sua responsabilidade

20. Priorizar os procedimentos de maior complexidade, conforme orientação do enfermeiro

21. Organizar as salas de cirurgia com materiais, equipamentos e instrumentais adequados de acordo com cada especialidade, conforme descritas no planejamento da assistência

22. Remover sujidades dos equipamentos expostos e das superfícies, levando em consideração as orientações da CCIH

23. Verificar a limpeza das paredes e do piso da sala de operações

24. Checar o funcionamento geral da sala, estrutura e equipamentos

25. Auxiliar a equipe na transferência e recebimento de pacientes

26. Notificar possíveis intercorrências ao enfermeiro responsável

27. Estar habilitado para executar tarefas inerentes aos procedimentos cirúrgicos sob sua responsabilidade

28. Atender prontamente as solicitações da equipe médica

29. Seguir protocolos e normas institucionais

30. Seguir regimento interno (RI-009), disponível no Interact
