Horário: Volante - Disponibilidade de horários

Local: Hospital Unimed Litoral Balneário Camboriu

Departamento: CDU BC - Ultrasson MSL

Requisitos:

Missão:

Acompanhar o cliente desde a sua chegada no setor, auxiliando na acomodação e ao médico para a realização do exame, prestando um serviço de qualidade e excelência.

Principais Atividades:

1. Organizar os consultórios entre as consultas médicas

2. Realizar pesquisa de satisfação com o cliente ao termino dos atendimentos

3. Orientar os pacientes ao checkout

ATIVIDADES EXCLUSIVAS: CDU

1. Verificar a sala de exames certificando-se que está com equipamento pertinente ao exame

2. Recepcionar os clientes na recepção, e realizar a conferência de 02 marcadores de identificação segura

3. Verificar conformidade das guias de exame solicitado, autorizado e agendado

4. Checar o preparo com o paciente, quando indicado

5. Conduzir o paciente até a sala de exames e orientar após a entrada

6. Orientar o paciente sobre a condução do exame a ser realizado

7. Orientar o paciente quanto a troca de roupas e posicionamento na maca

8. Acompanhar o paciente durante a execução do exame, preservando a intimidade do mesmo

9. Retirar o probe, realizar pré-desinfecção com produto específico e colocar no Antigermix para realizar desinfecção de alto nível

10. Manter organização dos instrumentos de trabalho (GE)

11. Digitalizar documentos para inclusão no Sistema RIS e TASY (GED)

12. Arquivar documentos e protocolar as caixas para armazenamento em empresa externa

13. Protocolar guias para faturamento

14. Fazer fotos e imagens em CD's dos exames sempre que necessário

15. Registrar no sistema a antecipação de laudo ou qualquer informação pertinente

16. Auxiliar e/ou orientar os médicos radiologistas, quanto aos sistemas Tasy, RIS e Universal Viewer e seus fluxos

17. Registrar passagem de plantão (JIRA) as informações da rotina do dia de trabalho

18. Auxiliar na elaboração de documentos administrativos e levantamento de informações sempre que necessário ou solicitado pela Coordenação ou liderança imediata

19. Executar outras atividades correlatadas, de acordo com as atribuições próprias de sua unidade operacional e da sua natureza do seu trabalho, conforme determinação superior.
