Técnico de Enfermagem do Espaço Viver Bem

Local: Espaço Viver Bem.

Horário: 12:00 as 22:00 horas (segunda a sexta-feira).

Departamento: Espaço Viver Bem | Praia Brava, Itajaí/SC.

Requisitos:

- Ensino médio completo com curso Técnico de Enfermagem;

  • Informática Intermediária;
  • Registro no conselho ativo.

Principais Atividades:

1. Efetuar a captação de beneficiários para os programas de saúde do Espaço Viver Bem por meio de ações internas e externas, relatórios gerenciais e via telefone;

2. Garantir a instrumentalização das atividades e o armazenamento de dados referentes a captação através do Sistema Tasy;

3. Auxiliar no monitoramento das listas de espera dos programas de saúde do Espaço Viver Bem, sinalizando mediante eventualidade;

4. Auxiliar na execução dos programas do Espaço Viver Bem, aferindo os sinais vitais e HGT dos clientes participantes e auxiliá-los em suas necessidades;

5. Participar de ações do programa Empresa Saudável, tanto em empresas quanto em locais públicos;

6. Realizar agendamento e confirmação de horários de consultas e exames para os beneficiários;

7. Solicitar a remoção de clientes domiciliares para realização de exames ou internação em clínicas ou hospitais conforme a necessidade

do beneficiário;

8. Solicitar medicamentos e materiais de primeiros socorros, bem como realizar a conferência dos mesmos;

9. Solicitar materiais esterilizados do CME;

10. Prestar auxílio aos clientes mediante intercorrências no Espaço Viver Bem;

11. Acompanhar a atualização dos conteúdos da cooperativa através das pastas de domínio público, manuais do colaborador, particular/restrito e conteúdos pertinentes ao serviço;

12. Participar de treinamentos da cooperativa;

Executar outras atividades correlatadas, de acordo com as atribuições próprias de sua unidade operacional e da sua natureza do seu trabalho, conforme determinação superior.
