Auxiliar Administrativo de Atendimento

Horário: Vaga Volante - Disponibilidade de horário

Local: Espaço Viver Bem - Praia Brava

Departamento: Relacionamento com o Cliente - EVB

Requisitos:

Missão do Cargo:

Acolher o cliente de forma presencial e humanizada, identificar a necessidade e resolver a demanda com eficiência.

Principais atividades:

1. Distribuir senha de atendimento e realizar triagem de clientes que estão aguardando atendimento presencial

2. Orientar os clientes na abertura de atendimento através do totem e/ou reconhecimento facial

3. Realizar abertura de protocolo de atendimento presencial

4. Realizar cadastro dos clientes e exames no sistema TASY

5. Realizar a abertura do atendimento com os documentos e atualização cadastral do beneficiário

6. Atender os beneficiários presencialmente para liberação de autorizações de exames, procedimentos e cirurgias na rede credenciada e recursos próprios, mediante pedido médico e consulta da cobertura contratual

7. Encaminhar as solicitações do processo de autorização para departamento de custos assistenciais para análises

8. Digitalizar documentos e anexar no sistema

9. Prestar atendimento presencial ao cliente para dúvidas e informações, efetuar registro de SAC (serviço de atenção ao cliente) e ouvidoria no sistema de gestão e encaminhar ao SAC

10. Consultar no sistema interno a posição financeira do cliente e realizar a impressão de boletos

11. Consultar no sistema os endereços dos consultórios e clinicas credenciadas para informações dos beneficiários

12. Realizar o agendamento de consultas, avaliações, terapias, exames ou procedimentos conforme a necessidade do paciente ou orientação do médico

13. Orientar os clientes quanto ao preparo para realização de exames e fornecer os frasco para coleta de exames laboratoriais

14. Solicitar aos clientes informações relevantes quanto ao uso de medicação, hábitos e etc, que possam auxiliar o analista clínico no momento da análise

15. Prestar atendimento ao cliente pelo WhatsApp / BLIP para agendamento e autorização

16. Aplicar pesquisa de satisfação a todos os clientes

17. Realizar a rotina relacionada ao caixa e enviar à tesouraria

18. Realizar previamente a conferências das agendas de Laboratório

19. Entregar laudos de exames

20. Receber produção médica

21. Disponibilizar a declaração de comparecimento ao beneficiário, quando solicitado

22. Manter organizada a estação de trabalho

23. Realizar contato com o médico ou profissional de acordo com a necessidade, em situações complementares para o atendimento do beneficiário

24. Realizar contato com outras singulares Unimed via chat ou telefone para verificar a elegibilidade do beneficiário e status de autorização

25. Executar outras atividades correlatadas, de acordo com as atribuições próprias de sua unidade operacional e da sua natureza do seu trabalho, conforme determinação superior.
