Horário: 08h às 18h, com 1h40 de intervalo de Segunda à Sexta-Feira

Local: Hospital Unimed Litoral Balneário Camboriú

Departamento: Hotelaria

Requisitos:

  • Ensino médio Completo.
  • Informática Básica.
  • Pacote Office Básico.
  • Diferencial Conhecimento Sistema Tasy.

Missão do Cargo: Executar atividades de apoio administrativo e informar orientações para o cliente, prestando um serviço de excelência e qualidade

Principais atividades do cargo:

2. Acompanhar demandas recebidas via celular corporativo da Hotelaria;

3. Realizar visitas aos Núcleos, verificando organização, limpeza, condições estruturais, padronização dos serviços e abrindo OS quando necessário;

4. Realizar rondas nas áreas comuns do Hospital, validando organização e limpeza;

5. Acompanhar a entrega de cafés nas recepções, especialmente em locais de maior fluxo;

6. Monitorar os serviços prestados por fornecedores terceiros nos Confortos Médicos e do Colaborador, bem como as condições de estrutura e mobiliário;

7. Acompanhar as atividades do refeitório (conferência de cardápio in loco, controle de temperatura, limpeza de equipamentos, descarte de alimentos e condições de mobiliário);

8. Monitorar a liberação de leitos no sistema Weknow (Command Center), acionando fornecedores em caso de atraso;

9. Registrar ocorrências e eventos (RO e RE) diante de inconformidades nos serviços ou falhas operacionais;

10. Auxiliar na montagem de kits da Hotelaria;

11. Realizar inspeções de leitos com aplicação de teste ATP;

12. Conferir a escala de mão de obra dos serviços terceirizados;

13. Controlar, junto à Rouparia, o empréstimo de chaves de armários, realizando conferência e cobrança em caso de perda;

14. Solicitar e acompanhar a entrega de crachás de terceiros, garantindo o uso adequado;

15. Monitorar o controle de acesso da doca;

16. Agendar salas para treinamentos e apoiar demandas dos terceiros;

17. Organizar e acompanhar a integração de terceiros, registrando evidências na TG;

18. Apoiar a gestão das áreas de responsabilidade da Hotelaria;

19. Conferir semanalmente o faturamento de coffee breaks junto ao fornecedor;

20. Elaborar atas de reuniões mensais da Hotelaria;

21. Abrir e acompanhar chamados (Jira, TI, TG, MKT e orçamentos);

22. Solicitar semanalmente divulgação de cardápio ao MKT;

23. Controlar e solicitar vouchers de estacionamento;

24. Conferir relatórios de lavanderia (pesagem semanal e faturamento mensal), incluindo rateio e divulgação dos dados;

25. Emitir mensalmente boletos (Vivo Navegantes e SKY Itapema) e encaminhar ao setor de contratos;

26. Preencher mensalmente planilha da Unimed Brasil;

27. Realizar pedidos semanais de insumos (Facilities, Food e Hotelaria);

28. Solicitar e conferir pedidos quinzenais dos Núcleos;

29. Acompanhar inventário da lavanderia;

30. Acompanhar recebimento de materiais e envio de notas fiscais ao CDD.

Executar outras atividades correlatadas, de acordo com as atribuições próprias de sua unidade operacional e da sua natureza do seu trabalho, conforme determinação superior.
