Departamento: Farmácia

Requisitos:

Missão do cargo:

Conferir e realizar a contagem do estoque. Atender a demanda das prescrições médicas e requisições de materiais e medicamentos do hospital.

Principais Atividades:

1. Separar as requisições de materiais e medicamentos das áreas solicitantes

2. Realizar o atendimento de ligações internas (ramais)

3. Solicitar, transferir e conferir pedidos pontuais entre estabelecimentos (CD/Núcleos)

4. Solicitar, conferir e transferir requisições entre dispensários

5. Atender os clientes internos (porta) e clientes externos de acordo com o setor (específico)

6. Limpeza e conferência mensal de carrinhos de emergência / mochila / armários, conforme escala, Kits de procedimentos

7. Guardar e conferir o recebimento do pedido do Centro de Distribuição e etiquetar os itens sem etiquetas

8. Reposição de itens nos bins/armários ao fim do plantão

9. Realizar passagem de plantão

10. Controlar as validades e temperatura adequadas dos medicamentos

11. Registro de temperaturas dos setores de internação que atende

12. Realizar o controle de validade e quantidades do estoque (VPSP)

13. Contagem diária das gavetas dos psicotrópicos (início e final de plantão), aplicável conforme o dispensário

14. Contagem semanal multidoses, aplicável conforme o dispensário

15. Reportar a liderança imediata diariamente pendências e/ou não-conformidades

16. Cumprir e executar as normativas institucionais (ITs/FQs,ACO,RI-009,MA, Checklist, metas de treinamentos, realização de 360º e desempenho no prazo

17. Executar atividades inerentes ao cargo, conforme solicitação da liderança

18. Realizar contato com fornecedores, conforme demanda da rotina

19. Monitorar as entregas dos fornecedores

20. Separar e identificar as caixas/carrinhos conforme entrega e agendamento cirúrgico

21. Receber e conferir as caixas de implantáveis, instrumentais cirúrgicos de apoio de fornecedores

22. Registrar entrada e saída das caixas de instrumentais conforme rotina padrão

23. Identificar as caixas conforme rotina padrão estabelecida pela CME

24. Realizar registro em planilhas das entradas conforme fluxo estabelecido

25. Realizar devolução das caixas aos fornecedores, mediante conferência e registros padronizados

26. Executar outras atividades correlatadas, de acordo com as atribuições próprias de sua unidade operacional e da sua natureza do seu trabalho, conforme determinação superior.
