Requisitos:

  • Ensino superior completo Hotelaria, Administração, Relações públicas ou áreas correlatas;
  • Diferencial ter conhecimento em Hotelaria Hospitalar ou rede de Hotelaria tradicional;
  • Diferencia Inglês Fluente e Espanhol;
  • Conhecimento em Informática básica;
  • Conhecimento em Pacote Office.

Missão do cargo:

Oferecer serviços de Concierge Hospitalar voltados ao atendimento de necessidades não assistenciais e expectativas dos clientes.

Principais atividades:

1. Realizar visitas de hospitalidade diariamente aos pacientes e acompanhantes nas unidades de internação, identificando oportunidades

de encantamento, esclarecendo dúvidas e atuando na resolução de insatisfações

2. Verificar diariamente pacientes aniversariantes, promovendo ações de valorização e experiência

3. Monitorar os resultados da pesquisa de satisfação (NPS) e conduzir as tratativas necessárias

4. Conduzir o fluxo de Atendimento Gold conforme padrão institucional

5. Realizar visitas externas para apresentação da estrutura e serviços da maternidade

6. Organizar e acompanhar as visitas dos Terapeutas da Alegria nas unidades hospitalares

7. Acompanhar em tempo real os pedidos realizados pelos clientes por meio da TV interativa

8. Organizar e acompanhar integralmente as demandas de check-up, incluindo agendamentos

9. Acompanhar o fluxo pré-operatório de cirurgia cardíaca conforme programação

10. Responder manifestações (SAC e Ouvidoria) relacionadas ao Concierge, com base nas visitas realizadas

11. Supervisionar os serviços de higienização, garantindo conforto e bem-estar dos clientes

12. Supervisionar os serviços de alimentação, com foco na qualidade da gastronomia hospitalar

13. Elaborar e encaminhar relatórios de pacientes de longa permanência, propondo ações de humanização e quebra de rotina

14. Executar projetos do setor de Hotelaria, como Celebrar a Vida, Alta Humanizada, Longa Permanência e Hora do Lanchinho

15. Intermediar solicitações relacionadas à Capelania Hospitalar

16. Prestar suporte bilíngue aos atendimentos, conforme necessidade

17. Planejar e executar o calendário de eventos em datas comemorativas

18. Realizar compras do setor conforme planejamento orçamentário
