Coordenador de Unidades de Internação

Hospital Unimed Litoral Balneário Camboriú

Horário: 08:00 às 12:00 | 13:30 às 18:00 (segunda a sexta-feira)

Requisitos Mínimos:

  • Ensino Superior completo em Enfermagem;
  • Especialização em Gestão na área da saúde ou áreas afins do negócio;
  • Informática e Pacote Office.

Missão do cargo:

Coordenar as equipes das Unidades de Internação Clínica e Cirúrgica nas atividades técnicas e assistenciais e controlar procedimentos operacionais e resultados, através dos indicadores da área, respondendo pela segurança do paciente e qualidade dos cuidados de enfermagem.

Principais atividades:

ATIVIDADES GERAIS:

1. Cumprir e fazer cumprir o código de ética e a lei do exercício profissional, assim como o regimento e as normas da instituição, conforme cada categoria profissional;

2. Propor e conduzir o desenvolvimento do “Planejamento Estratégico e Orçamentário” da unidade com o estabelecimento de objetivos, metas, ações estratégicas e avaliação de resultados em conjunto do gestor imediato;

3. Acompanhar as necessidades das ferramentas de tecnologia da informação (JIRA, Interact, Sênior, HTML5, etc) no que diz respeito às aprovações pertinentes às unidades;

4. Atuar no acompanhamento das ouvidorias e SACs da sua área com pronto retorno aos apontamentos levantados;

5. Analisar e liberar pedidos de materiais de expediente e compras;

6. Providenciar e atualizar documentação legal necessária para atuação da equipe e execução dos serviços;

7. Garantir que os processos sejam executados conforme padrões de Qualidade da empresa 8. Participar ativamente das comissões, comitês e reuniões que forem necessárias;

9. Propor melhorias na gestão de fluxo do departamento através do mapeamento interno dos processos e do desenvolvimento de protocolos de segurança;

10. Atuar efetivamente nas análises dos eventos relacionados tanto da assistência quanto da parte administrativa 11. Desenvolver em conjunto com o departamento de qualidade e epidemiologia, uma gestão assistencial segura orientando quando as regras da Unimed Litoral;

12. Desdobrar estratégias institucionais e disseminar valores;

13. Coordenar e/ou participar da operacionalização de projetos que envolvam a área;

14. Estimular ambiente saudável e buscar a satisfação dos públicos;

15. Utilizar celular e notebook corporativo;

16. Seguir orientações e condutas do MA-001 - Manual de boas práticas para gestão.

ATIVIDADES DE GESTÃO DE PESSOAS:

1. Garantir a aplicação dos instrumentos de gestão de pessoas (avaliações de experiência e desempenho, PDI’s, feedbacks, medidas disciplinares, desligamentos entre outros);

2. Realizar reuniões periódicas com a equipe, aplicando rituais de liderança;

3. Realizar análise mensal do banco de horas da equipe, propondo ações de melhoria;

4. Realizar / acompanhar treinamentos sobre a área ou funções específicas junto à equipe;

5. Garantir e fomentar a adesão da equipe aos treinamentos e capacitações internas;

6. Estimular ambiente saudável e buscar a satisfação dos públicos

Executar outras atividades correlatadas, de acordo com as atribuições próprias de sua unidade operacional e da sua natureza do seu trabalho, conforme determinação superior.
