Local: Hospital Unimed Litoral - Itajaí/SC

Departamento: Oncologia

Requisitos:

  • Ensino superior completo em Enfermagem;
  • Especialização em Oncologia;
  • Coren ativo;
  • Informática básica;
  • Pacote Office;
  • Registro no conselho ativo.

Missão do cargo: Participar, organizar, supervisionar e avaliar ações das internações, bem como realizar procedimentos assistenciais relacionados à cooperativa e ao atendimento dos clientes.

Principais atividades:

1. Supervisionar, coordenar e acompanhar as tarefas desenvolvidas pela equipe de enfermagem.

2. Participar ativamente na admissão e na alta dos clientes do setor aplicando termos de responsabilidade e realizando as orientações

necessárias.

3. Elaborar escalas dimensionando os técnicos visando facilitar o trabalho da equipe.

4. Realizar solicitação de materiais e medicamentos ao almoxarifado e farmácia, acompanhando e conferindo o recebimento.

5. Acompanhar, orientar, comandar e organizar os atendimentos de emergência.

6. Realizar semanalmente a conferência do carro de emergência.

7. Controlar e monitorar o ponto da equipe, realizando gestão do banco de horas.

8. Participar de reuniões com a gestão e realizar monitoria dos processos.

9. Utilizar as escalas de avaliações disponíveis conforme necessidade.

10. Avaliar, realizar e registrar cuidados com dispositivos e curativos.

11. Registrar observações, cuidados e procedimentos prestados.

12. Acompanhar, monitorar e registrar eventos ocorridos no setor.

13. Organizar e gerir escala de treinamentos dos técnicos de enfermagem.

14. Realizar avaliações de desempenho e feedbacks dos técnicos de enfermagem conforme instrumentos e periodicidade padronizadas

pela instituição.

15. Assegurar o funcionamento adequado de todos os equipamentos do setor, solicitando manutenções corretivas sempre que necessário.

16. Planejar e realizar assistência de enfermagem ao cliente, assegurando transporte intra hospitalar seguro.

17. Participar dos rounds assistenciais conforme rotina.

18. Assumir responsabilidade técnica pelas atividades na sua área de atuação.

19. Realizar os atendimentos e procedimentos de acordo com as especificações da instituição (Instruções de trabalho, manuais) e especificações do código de ética de enfermagem e Lei do exercício profissional.

20. Realizar capacitações, multiplicando seus conhecimentos da área.

21. Realizar análises de eventos.

Executar outras atividades correlatadas, de acordo com as atribuições próprias de sua unidade operacional e da sua natureza do seu

trabalho, conforme determinação superior.
