Requisitos:

  • Ensino Superior Completo em Fonoaudiologia;
  • Especialização na área Disfagia ou Linguagem;
  • Registro no conselho ativo/ SC.
  • Experiência com atendimentos clínicos.

Missão do Cargo:

Prestar assistência especializada na promoção da saúde, prevenção de doenças, diagnóstico e reabilitação das alterações da saúde, através de um atendimento humanizado.

Principais Atividades:

1.Realizar avaliação e tratamento de acordo com as especificações técnicas do serviço;

2. Garantir a execução das rotinas administrativas do serviço;

3. Manter atualizada todas as informações referentes aos atendimentos realizados aos pacientes, no Prontuário eletrônico e nas ferramentas de gestão e dimensiona dos atendimentos da Unimed Litoral;

4. Planejar e executar grupos terapêuticos e multiprofissionais, internamente ou externamente;

5. Registrar atividades do colaborador pertinente aos serviços no sistema E-group;

6. Participar das reuniões com a equipe técnica e de gestão;

7. Buscar orientação junto ao responsável técnico e/ou setor administrativo quanto a execução dos processos de atendimento aos clientes;

8. Atualizar-se dos conteúdos da cooperativa de domínio coletivo, como o manual do colaborador e conteúdos restritos a área, com os conteúdos pertinentes ao serviço;

9. Garantir execução do modelo de atendimento do serviço, conforme organização e definição interna;

10. Elaborar materiais para treinamentos ou palestras internas e/ou externas, dentro das competências profissionais de sua área do conhecimento;

11. Participar dos treinamentos disponibilizados pela empresa, sempre que indicado;

12. Buscar informações relacionadas ao tratamento dos pacientes através da ferramentas digitais, liberadas pela empresa;

13. Assumir a responsabilidade técnica pelas atividades na sua área de atuação perante o Conselho profissional, quando necessário;

14. Prestar suporte na resolução de situações adversas, oriundas de causa técnica, que ocorram nos Núcleos de Atenção à Saúde, com a supervisão, conhecimento, autorização e/ou solicitação da gestão;

15. Orientar a equipe quanto a execução dos processos de atendimento aos clientes quando necessário;

16. Elaborar parecer técnico sobre, as condutas tomadas em sua atuação, quando solicitado;

17. Assumir a responsabilidade técnica pelas atividades de sua área de atuação;

Executar outras atividades correlatadas, de acordo com as atribuições próprias de sua unidade operacional e da sua natureza do seu trabalho, conforme determinação superior.
