  • Ensino Superior Completo em Fonoaudiologia;
  • Experiência em Disfagia diferencial;
  • Informática (intermediária);
  • Pacote Office (intermediário);
  • Registro Ativo no Conselho de Classe SC.

Missão do cargo:

Prestar suporte para todas as áreas em processos relacionados a controladoria, apoiando no controle de custos, orçamentos e controle patrimonial da empresa.

Principais atividades:

ATIVIDADES GERAIS:

1. Desenvolver ações de saúde coletiva nos aspectos fonoaudiológicos

2. Participar de rounds com a equipe multidisciplinar para discussão de condutas terapêuticas

3. Participar de reuniões da equipe multidisciplinar e com gestor, quando solicitado

4. Trabalhar com segurança, adotando as medidas de precaução padrão

5. Registrar as evoluções no Prontuário eletrônico do Paciente através do sistema Tasy, bem como realizar checagem dos atendimentos

realizados

6. Realizar registros, atualização e análise de indicadores relacionados a fonoaudiologia, realizando devolutiva dos resultados para a

liderança e/ou gestor

7. Realizar atualização dos documentos e instruções de trabalho do serviço

8. Realizar as atividades administrativas, delegadas pela liderança e/ou Gestor, e as atividades assistenciais

9. Participar de treinamentos realizados pela empresa

10. Propor e aplicar treinamentos as equipes assistenciais

11. Realizar intervenção fonoaudiológica, através de atendimento após prescrição médica ou acionamentos da equipe multiprofissional

12. Indicar terapia fonoaudiológica e realizar outros encaminhamentos de acordo com as necessidades de cada paciente

13. Administrar recursos materiais de uso específico do fonoaudiólogo

14. Orientar pacientes, familiares, cuidadores e responsáveis durante a internação e para a alta hospitalar

15. Definir os parâmetros de alta, juntamente a equipe multidisciplinar

ATIVIDADES EXCLUSIVAS HU:

1. Atender as solicitações de atendimento provenientes do ambulatório de oncologia, quando necessário
