Departamento: Gestão de Custos Assistenciais

Requisitos:

  • Ensino Médio cursando ou concluído;
  • Pacote office;
  • Informática.

Missão do cargo:

Buscar aprimoramento constante, desenvolvimento e crescimento profissional, dentro de uma área de atuação. Valorizar seus aprendizados e descobrir oportunidades no ambiente profissional.

Principais atividades do cargo:

1. Arquivar documentos

2. Digitalizar e tirar cópia de documentos

3. Organizar arquivo

4. Buscar e levar documentos para as áreas

5. Consultar e alimentar planilhas

6. Atender e realizar ligações telefônicas

7. Controlar Avisos de Recebimentos que voltam dos correios

8. Auxiliar em atendimentos presenciais

9. Organizar malotes (recebimento e entrega)

10. Auxiliar na conferência de patrimônio

11. Auxiliar na separação de documentos

12. Responder e-mails

13. Enviar e receber protocolos de documentos e correspondências

Executar outras atividades correlatadas, de acordo com as atribuições próprias de sua unidade operacional e da sua natureza do seu trabalho, conforme determinação superior.
