Requisitos:

  • Ensino médio completo com Curso técnico em eletrotécnica ou eletromecânica;
  • Informática Básica;
  • Pacote Office;
  • Conhecimento em elétrica predial;
  • Conhecimento em circuito elétrico e eletrônico;
  • Conhecimento em motores elétricos, a diesel e/ou gasolina;
  • Conhecimento em comandos elétricos de alta, média e baixa tensão;
  • Conhecimento em elétrica industrial e rede de distribuição de energia primária;
  • NR10, NR33, NR35;
  • Possuir CNH AB

Missão do Cargo:

Efetuar trabalhos de manutenção geral em hidráulica, alvenaria, carpintaria e solda e ajuste das ferramentas utilizadas. Realizar manutenção preventiva e corretiva nos equipamentos elétricos/eletrônicos da empresa, visando o bom funcionamento dos mesmos. Efetuar manutenção da rede elétrica em todo o imóvel utilizado pela empresa, verificando fios e outros dispositivos.

Principais Atividades:

1. Orientar os usuários sobre as condições de funcionamento e operação de equipamentos elétricos/eletrônicos

2. Utilizar os meios de comunicação durante o horário de expediente: celular corporativo, rádio, ramal, e-mail, etc

3. Auxiliar a área administrativa do setor quanto a atualização/desenvolvimento de documentos da Qualidade (instrução de trabalho, manual, FQ)

4. Utilizar os veículos da cooperativa para o acompanhamento ou execução de serviço

5. Organizar e manter limpas as ferramentas e local de trabalho

6. Executar instalações, manutenções corretiva e preventiva em equipamentos/infraestrutura elétrica, eletrônica e predial

7. Manter e conservar a infraestrutura em bom estado

8. Executar vistorias dos equipamentos conforme planos de manutenção, check list e formulários

9. Criar planejamento de prevenção/plano de consumo elétrico

10. Efetuar o acompanhamento/checagem de serviços de manutenção e instalação feitos por terceiros

11. Registrar histórico e horários dos atendimentos de chamados pelo Effort

12. Auxiliar a área administrativa do setor em projetos, desenvolvimento de check list e manutenções preventivas

13. Repassar informações referentes a ordem de serviço para a área administrativa do setor

14. Executar pequenas infraestruturas de TI (passagem de dutos e corrugados) quando necessário

15. Executar instalações de infraestrutura elétrica e/ou eletrônica em obras

16. Auxiliar o setor de projetos no dimensionamento e previsão dos sistemas complementares

17. Realizar levantamento quantitativo e especificações de materiais para execução das demandas

18. Realizar instalações finais de obra como dispenseres, suportes, quadros entre outros

19. Confeccionar tubulação de água e esgoto para efetuar nova instalação e sanar vazamentos e entupimento das tubulações, bacios e lavatórios

20. Efetuar pintura de salas, consultórios, muros, pisos, grades, portões, geladeiras, cadeiras, longarinas, camas, macas entre outros

21. Executar instalações de equipamentos/móveis quando necessário

22. Executar serviços de serralheria: corte de material e peças, solda e lixamento

23. Executar serviços de carpintaria: medição e corte de madeira

24. Executar serviços de alvenaria: conserto e levantamento de paredes, colocação de piso cerâmica e calçada.

Executar outras atividades correlatadas, de acordo com as atribuições próprias de sua unidade operacional e da sua natureza do seu trabalho, conforme determinação superior.
