Horário: Ter disponibilidade de (36h semanais)

Local: Captação para Núcleos de Itapema, Balneário Camboriú, Itajaí e Navegantes;

Departamento: Centro de Desenvolvimento Especializado (CDE)

Requisitos:

  • Ensino Superior Completo em Psicologia, com pós-graduação;
  • Especialização em Análise do Comportamento Aplicada (ABA) obrigatório;
  • Especialização em Psicopedagogia obrigatória;
  • CRP SC Ativo;
  • Informática intermediária;
  • Pacote office.

Missão do Cargo:

Prestar assistência especializada na promoção da saúde, prevenção de doenças, diagnóstico e reabilitação das alterações da saúde, através de um atendimento humanizado.

Principais Atividades:

1. Realizar tratamento de acordo com as especificações técnicas do serviço;

2. Garantir a execução de suas funções administrativas no serviço;

3. Manter atualizadas todas as informações referentes aos atendimentos realizados individualmente no Prontuário Eletrônico do paciente e nas ferramentas de gestão;

4. Fazer uso das ferramentas de trabalho;

5. Participar das reuniões com a equipe técnica e de gestão;

6. Buscar orientação junto ao responsável técnico e/ou setor administrativo quanto à execução dos processos de atendimento aos clientes;

7. Atualizar-se dos conteúdos da cooperativa de domínio coletivo, como o manual do colaborador e conteúdos restritos a área, por exemplo: IT - Instrução de Trabalho;

8. Participar dos treinamentos disponibilizados pela empresa;

9. Sugerir aquisição de recursos terapêuticos para atendimento;

10.Assumir a responsabilidade pela preservação dos recursos, organização e higienização do patrimônio comum do setor;

11.Buscar informações relacionadas ao tratamento dos pacientes com a equipe multiprofissional que lhe presta atendimento direto, podendo incluir a rede da Unimed Litoral (APS; Hospital e NAS), bem como através de exames clínicos complementares e das evoluções em Prontuário Eletrônico;

12.Buscar informações e alinhar estratégia terapêutica juntamente da Instituição de Ensino do paciente;

13.Solicitar Relatório de Desenvolvimento com equipes de outras instituições que realizaram atendimentos anteriores ao paciente (rede assistencial, clínicas particulares, etc.);

14.Elaborar o Plano Terapêutico dentro do modelo estabelecido pelo setor, aplicando os protocolos do serviço do Centro de Desenvolvimento Especializado (CDE);

15.Garantir a aplicabilidade do Plano Terapêutico, tendo assiduidade e comprometimento com o tratamento do seu paciente;

16.Debater, atualizar e executar o plano terapêutico do paciente em equipe interdisciplinar, bem como com o Responsável Técnico do serviço de Psicologia;

17.Elaborar Relatório de Desenvolvimento do paciente conforme frequência estipulada pelo setor e realizar a devolutiva aos responsáveis;

18.Atuar como Profissional Referência do Plano Terapêutico no tratamento do paciente, conforme organização interna;

19.Elaborar Parecer Técnico sobre as condutas tomadas em sua atuação quando solicitado;

20.Realizar grupos psicoterapêuticos e de capacitação técnica de acordo com as especificações do serviço;

21.Atualizar-se constantemente com conhecimento específico de sua área de atuação para prestar atendimento qualificado aos pacientes em desenvolvimento atípico;

22.Propor melhorias para o setor, visando a otimização da estratégia de serviço;

23.Conhecer o funcionamento dos fluxos envolvidos no atendimento do paciente;

24.Organizar e auxiliar na logística dos recursos disponíveis para atendimento do paciente, tais como: salas interativas, salas de brinquedos/materiais e consultórios;

25.Auxiliar e apoiar a liderança direta nas mudanças/melhorias do departamento;

26.Promover e contribuir para ambiente harmonioso e colaborativo;

27.Assumir responsabilidade técnica pela área de atuação;

Executar outras atividades correlatadas, de acordo com as atribuições próprias de sua unidade operacional e da sua natureza do seu trabalho, conforme determinação superior.
