Departamento: Recepção de Acesso

Missão do Cargo: Recepcionar, identificar e direcionar clientes, pacientes, familiares, visitantes e demais pessoas que necessitam entrar no hospital, de forma acolhedora, humanizada e assertiva, garantindo a segurança, a organização do fluxo de acesso e a excelência no atendimento.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino Médio Completo;
  • Informática Básica;
  • Pacote Office Básico.

Principais atividades:

1. Controlar a entrada e saída de pessoas no hospital, registrando acessos e garantindo segurança

2. Receber e encaminhar correspondências direcionadas à Unimed

3. Receber e encaminhar produção médica

4. Imprimir etiquetas e FQs e controlar entrada da doca

5. Controlar restrição de visitas e acompanhantes via sistema e JIRA

6. Controlar visitas técnicas via JIRA

7. Controlar médicos participantes em cirurgia via JIRA

8. Emitir crachás provisórios para colaboradores e médicos (Sênior)

9. Capturar fotos de clientes via sistema

10.Receber e enviar documentos jurídicos (físico e e-mail)

11. Fornecer informações gerais e orientações sobre endereços dos núcleos

12. Prestar suporte ao cliente via ferramenta WhatsApp

Executar outras atividades correlatadas, de acordo com as atribuições próprias de sua unidade operacional e da sua natureza do seu trabalho, conforme determinação superior
