Local: VOLANTE de Núcleos - Disponibilidade de atuar nos 3 hospitais e o CDU- MK.

Departamento: CDU's.

Requisitos Mínimos:

  • Ensino Médio Completo C/ Curso Técnico Técnico de Radiologia
  • Informática (intermediária)
  • Pacote Office (intermediário)
  • RIS/PACS
  • Tasy

Requisitos Desejáveis:

  • Domínio operacional das plataforma de equipamentos dos principais fabricantes utilizados nos serviços de diagnóstico por imagem, GE HealthCare, Siemens Healthineers, Canon Medical, Philips, IMEX, Fujifilm e VMI Workstations e ferramentas utilizadas para processamento e pósprocessamento de imagens;
  • Técnicas de reconstrução e pós-processamento de imagens conforme a modalidade de atuação.

Missão do cargo:

Supervisionar e assegurar a qualidade, a segurança e a adequada execução das técnicas radiológicas nos serviços de diagnóstico por imagem, promovendo a organização dos processos, o cumprimento de protocolos e normas institucionais e o desenvolvimento da equipe, visando à excelência assistencial e à segurança dos pacientes e colaboradores.

Principais atividades:

1. Receber o cliente e realizar exames de radiologia, sempre que necessário

2. Monitorar e/ou realizar avaliações periódicas da qualidade dos exames e testes dos equipamentos

3. Responsabilizar-se tecnicamente pelos setores sob sua competência

4. Realizar e/ou viabilizar treinamentos técnicos para a equipe operacional, visando ao desenvolvimento e aperfeiçoamento profissional

5. Comunicar à chefia imediata qualquer eventualidade ou intercorrência relacionada aos equipamentos

6. Realizar acompanhamento mensal dos custos e insumos dos serviços, incluindo o controle de estoque

7. Prestar suporte técnico à equipe operacional, atuando como referência para esclarecimento de dúvidas e tratativas, inclusive

relacionadas às pontuações da equipe médica

8. Elaborar e acompanhar o cronograma anual de treinamentos técnicos e comportamentais

9. Elaborar a escala dos técnicos dos serviços sob sua competência, garantindo a cobertura de férias e demais necessidades pontuais

10. Receber, acompanhar e solucionar possíveis erros e intercorrências relacionados aos exames de radiologia

11. Realizar a troca mensal dos dosímetros

12. Acompanhar as doses dos colaboradores, encaminhar os relatórios ao SSGA e coletar as assinaturas nos relatórios mensais

13. Organizar e acompanhar os complementos de exames

14. Realizar a avaliação de experiência e de desempenho dos colaboradores, bem como aplicar as medidas disciplinares cabíveis,

conforme fluxo padronizado pela instituição

15. Acompanhar tecnicamente a realização de exames críticos, garantindo sua adequada execução

16. Validar pedidos e guias de exames especiais

Executar outras atividades correlatadas, de acordo com as atribuições próprias de sua unidade operacional e da sua natureza do

seu trabalho, conforme determinação superior.
