Requisitos:

  • Ensino Médio Completo com Curso Técnico de Enfermagem
  • Registro no Conselho Ativo
  • Informática (básica)

Missão do cargo:

Prestar assistência de enfermagem segura, humanizada e eficaz, atuando no apoio às atividades assistenciais, administrativas e de gestão, conforme normas e protocolos institucionais.

Principais Atividades:

1. Realizar gestão de agenda médica: Monitoramento de consultas (inicial, renovação, rotina, retorno, acesso rápido) e exames.

2. Comunicar devolutiva de exames: Retorno dos resultados para os pacientes, conforme orientação médica.

3. Parecer Administrativo: Acompanhamento e envio de solicitações de avaliação de especialidades para validação com médicos e enfermeiros.

4. Monitorar os pacientes: Acompanhamento de pacientes que passaram no pronto socorro e que estão em uso de antibióticos ou anti-inflamatórios.

5. Navegação de Pacientes Pós-Alta: Contatar o paciente 48h após a alta para verificar a evolução das queixas e, se necessário, agendar consulta com o médico assistente até 7 dias após a alta.

6. Admissão de Pacientes Pós-Bariátrica: Realização de admissão e acompanhamento de pacientes submetidos à cirurgia bariátrica.

7. Matriciamento com Ortopedia: Encaminhamento e acompanhamento de pacientes para o serviço de ortopedia.

8. Atendimento na Ferramenta Blip: Atendimento geral e suporte por meio da plataforma Blip.

9. Check Point: Discussão de casos específicos entre o navegador de cuidado e o médico responsável.

10. Ferramenta HOME: Preenchimento de cadastro, equipe, serviços, programas, imunização e agendamento de consultas para os pacientes.

11. Acolher pacientes atrasados: Realização do acolhimento e triagem de pacientes com atraso nos atendimentos.

12. Encaminhar para grupos: Encaminhamento de pacientes para grupos terapêuticos e programas especializados.

13. Agendar de sessões de acupuntura: Agendamento de sessões conforme necessidade do paciente após consulta médica.

14. Agendamento da Rede de Libras: Organização de agendamentos para pacientes surdos e tradução em Libras.

15. Monitoramento de Preventivos: Acompanhamento de resultados de exames preventivos, realizado junto à enfermeira do ambulatório.

Executar outras atividades correlatadas, de acordo com as atribuições próprias de sua unidade operacional e da sua natureza do seu trabalho, conforme determinação superior.
