Horário: 12x36 (07:00 as 19:00) - Vaga Temporária

Local: Maternidade Unimed Litoral - Balneário Camboriú/SC

Departamento: Centro de Materiais e Esterilização Maternidade

Requisitos:

  • Ensino Médio Completo com Curso Técnico;
  • Informática Básica;
  • Registro no Conselho Ativo;
  • Pacote Office;
  • Conhecimento sobre os processos de CME (Limpeza, montagem de kits, esterilização);
  • Conhecimento sobre RDC.15;
  • Conhecimento sobre instrumental.

Missão do cargo:

Realizar a execução das atividades da área como a limpeza, desinfecção, secagem, empacotamento, esterilização e a guarda dos materiais estéreis, atendendo a demanda hospitalar.

Principais atividades:

1. Receber e conferir os materiais que chegam dos departamentos

2. Executar a limpeza, desinfecção e esterilização dos materiais

3. Realizar o empacotamento correto dos materiais

4. Identificar os materiais corretamente

5. Controlar os indicadores de qualificação dos processos

6. Separar e dispensar os materiais aos setores

7. Utilizar os equipamentos de proteção individual (EPI's), de acordo com o ambiente de trabalho da área

8. Receber, conferir e preparar os artigos consignados

9. Preparar os carros para cirurgias

10. Preparar e conferir os containers cirúrgicos

11. Preparar e conferir o LAP (Conjunto de campos cirúrgicos)

12. Monitorar de forma efetiva e continuamente cada lote ou carga nos processos de esterilização

13. Inspecionar o material e fazer listagem de artigos e instrumental cirúrgico para conserto e encaminhar ao enfermeiro

14. Assegurar o armazenamento correto dos materiais esterilizados

15. Participar dos treinamentos e atualizações

16. Assegurar as boas práticas de manuseio dos instrumentais cirúrgicos durante o processo

17. Utilizar o sistema informatizado nas etapas do processo, conforme padrão do setor

Executar outras atividades correlatadas, de acordo com as atribuições próprias de sua unidade operacional e da sua natureza do seu trabalho, conforme determinação superior.
