Job Description

UniSalute, società del Gruppo Assicurativo Unipol e prima Assicurazione Sanitaria in Italia per numero di clienti gestiti, è alla ricerca di un esperto/a professionista da inserire nel contesto dell’area Digital Marketing, nel ruolo di:

Addetto Coordinamento Servizi Outsourcing Contact Center

Sede di lavoro: Bologna (con trasferta onsite dal fornitore fino al 70% dell'orario settimanale).

Il profilo ricercato avrà la responsabilità di trasmettere la cultura ed i valori di UniSalute al Contact Center esterno, presidiando costantemente il fornitore. Inoltre, dovrà garantire la continuità, l’efficienza e la qualità dei servizi del Contact Center esterno di UniSalute attraverso il monitoraggio delle performance gestendo le relazioni con il Contact Center coinvolto e con tutte le aree/funzioni aziendali interessate per quanto utile alla delivery.

In particolare, avrà la ownership delle seguenti attività:

  • Monitoraggio delle performance operativa e, in caso di scostamenti dai KPI attesi, attuazione di interventi correttivi;
  • Controllo della qualità procedurale con verifiche a campione in post-vendita ed affiancamenti mirati atti al miglioramento;
  • Allineamento operativo costante, unito alla formazione e al supporto diretto del Contact Center esterno.

REQUISITI RICHIESTI:

  • Diploma o Laurea in Economia, Ingegneria Gestionale o percorso equivalente, conseguita con ottima votazione finale;
  • Esperienza professionale in ruoli di Coordinamento Call Center, acquisita all’interno di BPO/Contact Center o Call Center con grandi volumi di inbound e outbound;
  • Buone capacità di analisi dei dati e definizione di KPI;
  • Ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative capacità di mediazione e problem solving.
  • Familiarità con strumenti di monitoraggio, ticketing, knowledge management e workflow automation.

Il candidato in possesso delle esperienze e competenze richieste sarà assunto con rapporto di lavoro a tempo indeterminato ai sensi del CCNL Imprese di Assicurazione.
