Unipol Assicurazioni S.p.A., compagnia assicurativa multi-ramo del Gruppo Unipol, leader in Italia nei rami Danni, nell’ottica di un potenziamento dell’area organizzativa “Property & Casualty”, è alla ricerca di un profilo con esperienza nella sottoscrizione rischi rami elementari da inserire nel ruolo di:

Area Underwriter | PMI, Professionisti ed Enti Pubblici – Lombardia Est e Triveneto Ovest

Sede di lavoro: Brescia

Il profilo ricercato agirà come referente tecnico presso la rete agenziale dell’area territoriale Lombardia Est e Triveneto Ovest per la sottoscrizione rischi rami elementari nel segmento “Aziende PMI, Professionisti ed Enti Pubblici”.

Principali Attività:

  • Presidiare le agenzie della zona assegnata nell’ambito dell’area territoriale Lombardia Est e Triveneto Ovest in qualità di referente per i rischi relativi a clienti PMI, Professionisti ed Enti Pubblici;
  • Fornire supporto tecnico alle agenzie nell’attività di assunzione di rischi attraverso la analisi di testi contrattuali, effettuare visite ispettive e trattative presso i clienti;
  • Svolgere sopralluoghi presso aziende clienti e potenziali per analisi tecniche preliminari dei rischi oggetto di potenziale sottoscrizione;
  • Rilasciare quotazioni e confrontare le proposte con le offerte degli altri competitors;
  • Gestire le iniziative di sviluppo/riforma del portafoglio previste dalla Compagnia presso la rete agenziale nell’area territoriale assegnata.

Requisiti:

  • Laurea triennale in Ingegneria Civile/Edile o Architettura, Economia o Giurisprudenza conseguita con ottima votazione finale;
  • L’esperienza professionale ideale è di almeno 3 anni in attività di sottoscrizione rischi rami elementari con specifico focus sul segmento “Aziende” acquisita in compagnie assicurative caratterizzate da articolata rete distributiva o presso Broker, preferibilmente in ruoli che prevedono lo svolgimento di mansioni esterne (attività fuori sede);
  • Conoscenza delle principali linee di offerta assicurativa “rami elementari” e della valutazione/quotazione di rischi assicurativi;
  • Disponibilità a misurarsi quotidianamente con operatività sul campo a diretto contatto con intermediari assicurativi e clienti;
  • Disponibilità a frequenti trasferte nell’area territoriale assegnata;
  • Abilità relazionali, orientamento al cliente e capacità di gestione delle criticità.

Il/la candidato/a in possesso delle competenze ed esperienze richieste sarà inserito/a con rapporto di lavoro a tempo indeterminato ai sensi del CCNL ANIA alle seguenti condizioni retributive e benefits:

  • Retribuzione Annua Lorda: da €. 35.000 a €. 48.000 + Bonus Individuale e Premio Aziendale Variabile
  • Polizza Sanitaria
  • Buoni Pasto
